The player you have shown us in the screenshot is definitely behaving inappropriately and we will not tolerate someone offending another player. We may assure you that player has been taken care of. You made a good decision regarding ignoring a player thas has been offending you. You will now not be able to join groups with him again as well. Reporting such toxic behaviour helps us to make Firestorm server friendly and non-toxic. We appreciate your effort. Best Regards,

      Greetings, @pqr! Thank you for your time that you put into this report.

      First, let us clarify – a dungeon leader has the right to remove party members. The built-in mechanics and systems of the game allow for the "undemocratic" removal of party members by the leader and as such are not prohibited by our Code of Conduct. Sadly, it is possible that you will encounter individuals that abuse the power that this position gives. 

      You have the option of the /ignore feature in-game that prevents you from joining groups with those players again. But the only way to ensure fair and friendly treatment in any group would be to enjoy dungeons with a party of people that you have already played with or known beforehand.       Healers break Random BG

      Let's put the cards on the table, Healers are overpowered in PvP, they know it but they will never admit.
      My proposed solutions:
      1. Limit amount of healers up to 2 healers per team.
      2. Make sure there are the same amount of healers per team. Whoever have more healers have much higher chances to win the BG. Sometimes we can get BG when there are 3 healers on one team and you can't kill anyone in their team. No matter how much DPS you do, they will outheal anything in few seconds. Also I propose making all BG uni-faction to get rid of long queue times and making it easier to assign the same amount of healers per team.

      well I deleted along with data from registry I think installed as admin and started as admin still I got same error " Captcha verification failed. ( script load failed ) " the picture of launcher and the topic is here in advance ty for your time and effort  ps I will open a ticket about that
