The screenshots you included with your report makes it evident that the player acted rather inappropriately and made unpleasant and offensive remarks via whispers. We will take significant action against this player as a result of the inappropriate nature of these remarks. In future you can keep those players out of your way and carry on playing peacefully without running into any issues or engaging in private talks with them by using the command "/Ignore PlayerName." Please use the correct spelling of the player's name when making a report. We are appreciative of your report and your efforts to make our Firestorm community better. Best Regards,
