      Greetings, @benjahagar! First of all, I would like to thank you for your report. I am sorry that you had to deal with this kind of misbehavior from another player on our server. However, the English Team does not manage the Spanish language. Please submit this report here: https://forum.firestorm-servers.com/es/. The Spanish team will gladly handle your report.  Do not also forget to attach uncropped screenshots as proof. If you cannot attach them in the report directly, put them here via IMGUR link.       Greetings, @grm, We appreciate the efforts. The player you have shown us in the screenshot is definitely behaving inappropriately and we will not tolerate such misbehaviour. We may assure you that player will be taken care of. You may also use /ignore function, so the player would not be able to contact you again. However, the player confessed you offend him and his friend in PvP activities often, and I wanted to warn you for that matter. Do not ignite nor start any of such arguments, as you risk being reported yourself. Thank you for keeping the PvP activities on our server fair and square. Best Regards,

The player you have shown us in the screenshot is definitely behaving inappropriately and we will not tolerate someone offending another player. We may assure you that player will be taken care of. In such cases, you may use /ignore function, so the player would not be able to contact you again. Reporting such toxic behaviour helps us to make Firestorm server friendly and non-toxic.       Description & Evidence: RACISTA, DISCRIMINADOR Y XENOFOBO. Se queja en bg por players lows, se queda afk llorando por chat, pido report al grupo y comienza a "insultar" de indio, gay, peruano, etc El report no deja subir imagenes, tiene un error, siendo que el formato es png.
