  1. Greetings, everyone! Get ready for new content in Siren Isle NEW ZONE: SIREN ISLE Siren Isle, once known to the Vrykul as Cyrandall, is a storm-lashed island steeped in mystery. During the Fourth War, the Ashvane Company mined its cliffs for Azerite, but when the war ended, its inhabitants vanished, leaving behind only the howling winds and the whispers of something ancient. Drawn by the power of a whispering crystal, the Earthen, Goblins, and Arathi have established competing expeditions across the island, while the Bloodwake Vrykul, Darktide Naga, and Bilge Rat Pirates fight to seize control of its ruins. To unlock Siren Isle, start "A Sonf of Secrets", a short questline offered by Dawn in the Foundation Hall of Dornogal. Travel between Khaz Algar and Siren Isle aboard the Princess's Pride zeppelin, captained by Sky-Captain Cableclamp, which becomes available after completing the introductory questline. Finishing this introduction also unlocks a second route, the Mole Machine, stationed outside Gundargaz in the Ringing Deeps, providing quick passage to and from the isle. But there's more to find on Siren Isle: STORM PHASE The island itself shifts with the storm’s fury, alternating between Storm Inactive Phases with mob invasions and a Storm Active Phase. During the default Siren Isle phase, no storm is active. In this state, different groups of enemies invade the island, and these groups rotate weekly. The possible invasions include: · Naga invaders - weekly quest: Serpent's Wrath · Vrykul invaders - weekly quest: Legacy of the Vrykul · Pirate invaders - weekly quest: Tides of Greed Each week's invading faction brings its own rare enemies and unique objectives to the isle. However, most rare spawns and excavation sites remain consistent regardless of the active invasion. After completing the first weekly quest on Siren Isle mentioned above, you’ll be able to enter this special phase, where a massive storm is affecting the isle. During the Storm Phase, you won’t be able to fly due to the effects of Seafury Tempest, and different mobs will appear across the island. You'll also find additional quests, including a weekly quest, that can be completed. Keep in mind that once the weekly reset happens, you’ll need to unlock access to the Storm Phase again for the following week. This phase allows you to obtain the secret mount Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren, which is accessed during an active storm event while completing Special Assignments. To release him, you must gather 5 runekeys and match them to the corresponding runestones. Click here to check out a full guide FLAME-BLESSED IRON A new currency unique to the isle that can be used to trade for a variety of new rewards including mounts, pets, Warbound-Until-Equipped gear , transmog, and more! This new currency will also be used to purchase Cyrce's Circlet Gems and help trigger a brand new event called Major Excavations. MAJOR EXCAVATIONS A new public event that offer an opportunity to unearth treasures and recieve loot caches. You’ll learn more about this in the next section. FLY AND SIREN ISLE Normal fly won't be available on Siren Isle at launch, but it will unlock in the coming weeks after players complete the necessary requirements. However, flying remains disabled during the Storm Phase. But there's another method that allows for limited flying on Siren Isle, the Experimental Go-Pack! These rockets propel you into the air and let you glide, giving you full control over your descent. You’ll gain access to Go-Packs after completing the quest Peak Precision. You can purchase these rockets from Sally Boltwrench at Flotsam Shoal during the non-storm phase of Siren Isle. Each Go-Pack costs 10 Flame-Blessed Iron, lasts for 1 hour, and you can carry up to 10 at a time. NEW PUBLIC EVENT: MAJOR EXCAVATIONS A new public event takes place on Siren Isle, where three sealed caves each imprison a terrifying foe. These sites have drawn the attention of the Earthen, Goblins, and Arathi: the Earthen seek to study the strange energies radiating from Shuddering Hollow, the Goblins crave the riches hidden within The Drain, and the Arathi aim to destroy the menace lurking in The Drowned Lair. Players can donate their Flame-Blessed Iron to their chosen faction to help each faction break into these caves and uncover what lies within. You’ll need 150 Flame-Blessed Iron to start a Major Excavation. After the donation is completed, you’ll have a few minutes to reach the designated location before the explosives are deployed. Check your map to see the excavation’s exact position! When the countdown reaches zero, the cave will open, allowing you to enter. Each excavation involves defeating a Rare Elite boss within the cave. For example, in The Drain, you'll encounter Gravesludge. Defeating the boss is essential for completing the excavation and unlocking its rewards. After the rare is defeated, you’ll receive a Crate of Bygone Riches, which contains valuables such as Flame-Blessed Iron, Valorstones, crests, gems for Cyrce’s Circlet, and Veteran gear. CYRCE'S CIRCLET Cyrce's Circlet is a customizable ring obtained from “A Song of Secrets”, the main Siren Isle questline. After completing the introductory quests to acquire your ring and learn how to use it, you’ll unlock a series of time-gated quests, each rewarding you with a Raw Singing Citrine. The ring starts at Item Level 642 and can be upgraded over six weeks to reach its maximum Item Level 658. A catch-up system will allow players to obtain missed Raw Singing Citrines from previous weeks by completing the related quests. The ring provides baseline Stamina and features three empty sockets that can be filled with gems found across the isle, each offering unique effects. There will be four gems available per color. Once you have found a gem from its source, it will become available from the Siren Isle vendors. In the first Yellow Socket, you must insert a Singing Thunder Citrine. In the second Blue Socket, you must insert a Singing Sea Citrine. The third Pink Socket is intended for a Singing Wind Citrine. For more info about Cyrce's circlet gems, you can visit this guide NEW STORYLINES AND MORE This patch includes other interesting features and storylines, including: LINGERING SHADOWS Join Orweyna and Gazlowe in a new chapter of The War Within campaign to uncover a familiar face in the darkness. This storyline becomes available on November 24. FATE OF THE KIRIN TOR After Dalaran's fall, the Kirin Tor must decide their destiny. Having lost nearly everything, they now face the mistakes of their past and must choose the future course of their people in a storyline that becomes available on December 8. "If fate has brought Dalaran low twice, perhaps it was never meant to be rebuilt..." OTHER FEATURES The Conquest and Crests cap will be removed with the release of patch 11.0.7. The number of Gilded Harbinger Crests needed to purchase a Nascent Gilded Harbinger Crest has been reduced to 60 (was 90). Warband Equipment Chests: Harbinger's Equipment Chest: Available from Agmera in exchange for Flightstones, with a required mythic+ rating of 1000. Forged Equipment Chest: Available from Lalandi (Conquest Vendor), in exchange for Conquest, with a required PvP rating of 1400 (any bracket). Currency rewards from Mythic+ (Crests, Gold, Valorstones) now scale by keystone level, up to +12.

  3. Greetings, Firestorm! Let's start with a quick recap: Dornogal, our The War Within realm, launched on August 25 with most of the content. But now it's time to talk about Season 1, and this post will go over the details and specifics of the content being unlocked. On Monday, September 1st, Season 1 of The War Within will start. This includes Mythic+ dungeons, rated PvP, and the release of the first raid, Nerub-ar Palace, in LFR, Normal, and Heroic difficulties, four new World Bosses and finally, a new battleground: Deephaul Ravine. General Season 1 Features: WORLD BOSSES World Bosses are a good way to obtain more powerful gear, dropping item level 603 Champion gear. They will follow a weekly rotation, with only one boss available at a time. Here's the World Boss list: Kordac <Dormant Protector> Aggregation of Horrors Shurrai <Atrocity of the Undersea> Orta <The Broken Mountain> GREAT VAULT The Great Vault has been available since launch. This means that all activities completed between August 25th and August 31st will count toward the September 1st Vault reset. One change has been introduced in the Vault: in the PvP section, the previous PvP slot has been replaced by World Activities, which now includes Delves and other open-world activities. NERUB-AR PALACE Located in Azj'kahet, the first raid of the expansion, Nerub-ar Palace, will finally open its doors this Monday, September 1st, and all eight bosses will be available to challenge! Each boss will use different mechanics and will have unique complexities, making each boss encounter unique. While all of them will be available since the release of Season 1, the Mythic mode will not be implemented for now. To complete it, you must collect the following on the same difficulty: 3 Signet of the Thousand Scars from Anub'arash 3 Signet of the Skeinspiner from Skeinspiner Takazj Once the quest is complete, you’ll still need to defeat Ulgrax and Bloodbound Horror in order to activate the skip. This skip only bypasses Silkran and Rasha’nan, giving you direct access to Broodtwister Obi’nax, Nexus-Princess Ky’veza, and The Silken Court. All the remaining information about the raid (additional rewards, transmog sets, unique items) can be seen here: Nerub-ar Palace guide MYTHIC+ DUNGEONS Similar to what happens with the raids, the Mythic+ dungeons will not be available until Season 1 starts (on September 1st, 2025). DELVES Delves are a new type of short-form instanced content that you can run solo or in a group of 2-5 players, accompanied by an NPC companion, Brann Bronzebeard, who can take on the role of DPS or healer. Brann has both Combat Curios and Utility Curios and you can select 1 of each type to be active at any time. Like roles, Curios can only be swapped by clicking on the Explorers' League Supplies box and selecting "View Brann Bronzebeard's supplies". Curios drop from the treasure chests found in the Treasure Rooms at the successful conclusion of Delves. Occasionally, Brann Bronzebeard at the Delver’s Headquarters offers a weekly quest rewarding 1 Pinnacle Cache, containing upgrade materials, gear, gold, and more. This quest rotates with other weekly quests and won't be available every week. Completions will also count toward the Great Vault. When you reach a Delve entrance, a special User Interface appears with essential information for your run. It displays the Delve's name, a dropdown to choose the Tier of difficulty, and a short description of your main objectives. For example, your task is to free miners from spider webs, kill Nerubians, and so forth. On the right side, the UI lists the rewards you will receive upon completing the Delve: Players can access Delves while leveling, with the first tiers (1 to 3) available during zone progression. Tiers 4-11 unlock at level 80, once the campaign is complete and Season 1 starts. Each Delve features rotating story variants that change daily to keep the experience fresh. Sometimes, a Delve is marked as a Bountiful Delve, offering an extra chest at the end if you bring a Restored Coffer Key earned through world activities. Also, PvP gear scales up in arenas and battlegrounds as usual, but not in War Mode activities. For open-world combat, you can use valorstones and crests to upgrade your gear to the highest item level available outside instanced PvP. PVP GEAR Honor Gear Honor gear can be purchased from Velerd located in the same room as Hotharn. In Season 1, Honor gear starts at Item Level 558 and the item level increases in BG or arena to 626. It follows the Explorer track, and you must spend Honor on the gear. Conquest Gear Conquest gear starts at item Level 597 (639 in PvP instances) and the Conquest Quartermaster is Lalandi. Crafted PvP Gear Competitor’s Recipes (crafted PvP gear plans) are sold by Hotharn, who also offers different PvP reagents. This gear has item Level 545, and in BG or Arenas, it increases to 606. Tier Set A brand-new PvP tier set is coming, and in this guide you'll find all the details you need to know about it, from what it offers to how you can get it: Tier Sets Guide – Nerub’ar Palace (Wowhead) GREAT VAULT PvP section of the Great Vault has been removed with the introduction of Delves. 4. The time is over, Firestorm's next expansion: The War Within will be released on Monday, August 25th on its realm Dornogal! The call to explore the hidden depths of the world has been answered. This expansion has been in development for over a year and in Beta phase for the past two months, and it's finally at a point where we can confidently say it's stable and with tons of content. Almost every part of the patch has been scripted and implemented. The time spent in both the Closed and Open Beta has truly paid off, and we really appreciate everyone who supported us by reporting issues, triggering crashes, and helping us identify and fix them. Before we jump into TWW's content, let's clarify something that will likely interest many of you, character copy and restrictions: Every character from Valdrakken will be copied over to The War Within official realm on August 23rd, 2025. The gold on the characters will be limited to 1.000 gold coins per character over level 60. (Lower-level characters or deleted characters will have their gold set to 0). The gold on the mailbox will be deleted. The auction houses will end and return to the mailbox automatically. The guild banks are gonna be wiped (items deleted and gold set to 0). Your guild bank won't be affected on Valdrakken, don't worry. Inventory items will no longer be considered tradeable, and you won't be able to sell them. After reviewing your feedback and to give the realm's economy a fair start, all crafting reagents from any expansion, (herbs, minerals, living steel, etc...) will be removed, but the crafted final objects will remain. This way we avoid having to delete them one by one. Important note: The client will actually run on version 11.1.5, but the content will be from patch 11.0.2, and class balance will reflect 11.1.5. Download the client via our new launcher! Also, we will be giving a special and unique reward for those players who connect during the first week of release of The War Within (August 25 - August 31), so don't forget to connect in time and get yours as well! More info at the bottom! Well, it's time, let's talk about The War Within. Enjoy it! LEVEL EXPERIENCE For new, returning, or current Firestorm players who want to level a character from the beginning, the starting zone is Exile's Reach and from there, you'll continue your experience by talking to Chromie and choosing where to go next. From levels 1 to 10: When you create a new character, you will automatically begin in Exile's . This zone includes a tutorial and a series of simple quests designed to help you get started in World of Warcraft. Allied races will start level 10, meaning they can skip the first part. Demon Hunters and Dracthyrs will still pursue their starting questline. The Earthen, the new allied race, begin in their own starting zone. After finishing it, they’ll be directed to Chromie to start a leveling zone. From levels 10 to 70: At the moment, you can choose between Dragonflight, Shadowlands, and Battle for Azeroth. Dragonflight is selected by default, as it currently works best overall. Finally from levels 70 to 80: You'll make your way into Khaz Algar and uncover the mysteries hidden within Azeroth, starting in Silithus, the beginning of the conflict, there you will find the introductory storyline "Visions of Azeroth" WELCOME TO KHAZ ALGAR Khaz Algar is a never-before-seen subterranean world off the western shores of Pandaria, full of secrets and hidden wonders. Discover four leveling zones filled with world activities and events and rare creatures, all teeming with loot waiting to be uncovered. Isle of Dorn (Levels 70‑73): Located on the surface of Khaz Algar, the Isle of Dorn is a lush paradise where Dornogal, the main capital, stands as a massive Earthen fortress at the center of the isle. Here, you will also find the world activity The Theater Troupe. The Ringing Deeps (Levels 73‑75): A colossal cavern where the Machine Speakers have been excavating and melting down raw materials in a massive, lava-fueled forge. The world activity Awakening the machine is also placed here. Hallowfall (Levels 75‑78): This once-glorious underground region is bathed in light from a massive crystal overhead. The people here, known as the Arathi, worship this light and have built a culture around it. The world activity Spreading the Light is located here. Azj-Kahet (Levels 78‑80), down to the dark depths of the nerubian empire, where the malicious Harbinger of the Void is gathering arachnid forces to bring Azeroth to its knees. NERUB-AR PALACE Located in Azj'kahet, the first raid of the expansion, Nerub-ar Palace, introduced 8 new bosses with new systems. The raid will not be available during launch, but it will be open a week later alongside Season 1. When it becomes available, every difficult mode except Mythic will be available. After a revelation of traitors in her court, Queen Ansurek decides she must eradicate the palace’s invaders herself. However, paranoia over whom she can trust gnaws at her psyche. With her allies dwindling, Queen Ansurek may delve into dark powers to attain victory, even if that means her most loyal soldiers become her next meal... Here's a list of its bosses: Ulgrax the Devourer The Bloodbound Horror Sikran, Captain of the Sureki Rasha'nan Broodtwister Ovi'nax Nexus-Princess Ky'veza The Silken Court: Anub'arash and Skeinspinner Takazj Queen Ansurek THE WAR WITHIN DUNGEONS The 8 new dungeons from The War Within will be available as soon as the realm opens, providing the first reliable and extensive PvE content of the expansion. Four of them can be accessed while leveling, and the remaining ones will unlock once you reach level 80. Level-Up Dungeons 70 - 80: The Rookery: The Stormperch, located in the Keeper's Terrace in the northwest of the city, serves as the home of the Stormrooks and the base for Stormward Baelgrim and the Stormriders. Though it stood unbreeched for thousands of years, defending it is harder when the threat comes from within. Kyrioss Stormguard Gorren Voidstone Monstrosity The Stonevault: High Speaker Eirich has neglected the Machine Speakers and their Stonevault, obsessed with the broken Awakening Machine. As earthen culture decays and their population declines, Machinists labor, loyalists patrol, and Eirich hides behind fanatical, corrupted followers. Sequestered behind Titan tunnels, he has undergone a terrifying transformation. E.D.N.A. Skarmorak Master Machinists, Brokk and Dorlita Void Speaker Eirich Priory of the Sacred Flame, once a place for worshipers to contemplate the emperor's vision, is now led by acolytes who scorn the people of Mereldar for their weak faith. Sister Etna Blayze has called for help to uncover the secrets hidden in Prioress Murrpray's inner sanctum. Captain Dailcry Baron Braunpyke Prioress Murrpray Ara-Kara, City of Echoes: Beneath the City of Threads lies Ara-Kara, City of Echoes, the deserted ruins of an older layer. Ansurek's forces are gathering deadly materials to force the ascension of all nerubian civilization, whether they are willing or not. Avanox Anub'zekt Ki'katal the Harvester Max-Level Dungeons: Cinderbrew Meadery, is a focal point of Unbound earthen culture, once under the dotage of Wenbrandt, who crafted a fiery, potent brew enjoyed by all earthen. After a hostile corporate acquisition by goblin entrepreneur Goldie Baronbottom, it now enters a new age of mass-produced cinderbrew. Brew Master Aldryr I'pa Benk Buzzbee Goldie Baronbottom Darkflame Cleft was once a prosperous earthen mine until the Machine Speakers left and kobolds swarmed in. The workers fell under the rule of the tyrannical Candle King, a tall, bulky brute. It's time to liberate the intimidated kobolds! Ol'Waxbeard Blazikon The Candle King The Darkness The Dawnbreaker: The Arathi have completed The Dawnbreaker, a warship built to shift the war against Azj-Kahet. As its ceremonial launch begins, General Steelstrike has called for heroic outsiders to witness the historic event, but things won't go as planned, and you'll need to act. Speaker Shadowcrown Anub'ikkaj Rasha'nan City of Threads: Deep within the City of Threads lies the Transformatory, once a sacred hall of nerubian evolution. Now used to transform "worthy" nerubians into ascended, it must be stopped before it consumes all of Azj-Kahet. The Weaver and the Vizier are determined to do just that. Orator Krix'vizk of the Fifth Strand Fangs of the Queen The Coaglamation Izo, the Grand Splicer MYTHIC+ DUNGEONS Similar to what happens with the raids, the Mythic+ dungeons will not be available until Season 1 starts (on September 1st, 2025). Following the same system, 4 dungeons will be from the current expansion, and the other 4 will be from the previous expansion: Ara-Kara, City of Echoes City of Threads The Stonevault The Dawnbreaker Mists of Tirna Scithe (Shadowlands) The Necrotic Wake (Shadowlands) Siege of Boralus (BfA) Grim Batol (Cataclysm) During this first season, we will have some new additions regarding affixes: At Mythic Keystone level 2, players will see their first affix depending on the week: Xal'atath's Bargain: Ascendant Xal'atath's Bargain: Voidbound Xal'atath's Bargain: Oblivion Xal'atath's Bargain: Devour At Keystone Level 4, Tyrannical or Fortified become active, alternating each week. Each Delve features rotating story variants that change daily to keep the experience fresh. Sometimes, a Delve is marked as a Bountiful Delve, offering an extra chest at the end if you bring a Restored Coffer Key earned through world activities. But the major feature is the Hero Talents system, an evergreen progression layer unlocked at level 71. Hero Talents offer self-contained talent trees with three unique paths per class (except Druids with four and Demon Hunters with two), each containing 11 talent nodes. Players earn one point per level from 71 to 80 to fill the tree. Each Hero Talent tree starts with a keystone talent that defines the core mechanic and identity of the tree. This might be a new ability, an upgrade to an existing cooldown, or a triggerable buff. At the bottom sits the capstone talent, which reinforces the tree’s theme or adds new power to the keystone. The system allows switching between Hero Talent trees at will, similar to current class talent management, and aims to offer both flavor and meaningful customization options without bloat. In addition, the expansion extends class availability for the Dracthyr race, who will be able to choose from Hunter, Mage, Priest, Rogue, Warlock, and Warrior, opening entirely new gameplay paths for them beyond the Evoker class. PvP The War Within introduces several updates focused on improving the PvP experience. Of course, it brings the classics, like a new PvP season, with transmog sets, custom achievements, titles and mounts, and also weekly map pool rotation to keep matches exciting and fresh week to week! War Mode gets some changes too: Bloody Tokens are now the sole currency for open-world PvP. Also, PvP gear scales up in arenas and battlegrounds as usual, but not in War Mode activities. For open-world combat, you can use valor stones and crests to upgrade your gear to the highest item level available outside instanced PvP. Solo Rated Battleground Blitz is one of the main PvP features this season. It's a fast-paced 8v8 battleground mode where you queue alone or with a healer, climb the ranks, earn titles, and unlock seasonal rewards. Matches are objective-focused and packed with power-ups that keep the action moving. Season 1: The first PvP Season, the Forged Gladiator: The War Within Season 1, will start one week after the realm's release (on September 1st, 2025). Consider the first week as some kind of inter-season period. After the season starts, players will compete on the PvP leaderboard to be able to win the Seasonal Rewards! Weekly Caps: The Bloody Token cap starts at 1,350 and increases by 550 every week. The Conquest cap starts at 1,600 and increases by 600 every week. PvP guide - Season 1 TWW WARBANDS This expansión introduces a new account-wide system, aspects such as renown, transmog, gear that has the "Warbound Until Equipped" attribute and currencies are shared, making progress feel smoother no matter which character you're playing. Let's talk about this features: Warband Bank: this is a new feature, which allows you to utilize resources account-wide and share them easily between alts, including gold. The Warbank has five different tabs, each capable of holding 98 items for a total of 490 slots. It can hold any item that isn’t soulbound to a character. By default, your Warbank has zero tabs unlocked. Warband reputations, with this new change players will no longer need to determine which characters to focus on a given faction for profession or power reasons (not available for all reputations in the game). For now is working for the Dragonflight factions and for the 4 new TWW factions. Transferable currencies: It brings the option to transfer some currencies easily between alts without having to buy items and mail them. When you go to your currency tab, some currencies will have an icon showing they are transferrable. By clicking on that icon you will be able to select another character from your account to transfer the currency from. Note that some currencies have a conversion rate. Warbound Until Equipped Gear: This is a new way to equip your alts. Whenever players earn loot, you have a chance of having warbound until equipped bonus loots in dungeons, delves and raid. You can send these items by mail or put it in the warbank and use them with the character you prefer. The Warbanding Together questline is available and rewards the spell Warband Bank Distance Inhibitor, which summons a personal portal directly to your Warband Bank for 10 minutes. GUIDE: https://www.wowhead.com/guide/war-within/warbands-overview SKYRIDING Inspired by the Dragonflight system, Skyriding is a dynamic form of flying that uses momentum and abilities to reach high places and move quickly across the world. It uses a resource called Vigor, which regenerates naturally while gliding at high speeds or descending. Mastering altitude and momentum becomes key to maintaining flight. With proper use, players can reach a maximum speed of 705%, making Skyriding one of the fastest travel methods available. Skyriding becomes fully available once players reach level 80 and complete the main campaign. Unlike in Dragonflight, you begin with a solid set of baseline abilities, so you can take off and maneuver from the start. However, to unlock the full talent tree, you’ll need to collect 38 Skyriding glyphs scattered across the expansion's four main zones. Hundreds of mounts have been updated to support this mode, including Druid flight forms. Evokers can also skyride using their racial ability, Soar. Players can freely switch between Skyriding and the classic Steady Flight at any time using the new spell Switch Flight Style. To use Steady Flight on this new continent, you will need to unlock the achievement The War Within Pathfinder, as usual. Each zone in Khaz Algar also features its own set of Skyriding race courses, with six per region, offering challenges, achievements, and rewards for those looking to test their flying skills. OTHER FEATURES This expansion offers a lot of content, let's talk about other features: Professions: this feature now requires strategic planning and pacing of crafting activities: Patron NPC Orders System: A brand-new mechanic where specific NPCs (Patrons) in each Khaz Algar zone issue crafting orders for players. These orders reward Knowledge Points, Acuity, and Concentration, depending on the difficulty. Patrons solve the unpredictability of the old order system by guaranteeing rewards upon completion. Orders can require Rank 2 or 3 quality crafts and may cost significant Concentration, compelling players to plan around recharge timing. Two interconnected systems now integral to crafting progression Concentration: Acts as a reservoir (max 1000 points) that slowly regenerates and allows crafters to guarantee a higher rank output when slightly under-skilled. Ingenuity: A system chance-based that can refund 50% of used Concentration expense per craft if it triggers (“ingenious breakthrough”). New Allied Race, the Earthen: Forged of living stone deep beneath Khaz Algar, the Earthen march into The War Within as the first neutral Allied Race, ready to fight for either faction. Also, you can choose to be any of nine playable classes: Hunter, Mage, Monk, Paladin, Priest, Rogue, Shaman, Warlock, or Warrior. Their strength comes to life through racials such as: Azerite Surge: Channel the ore in your veins to release a cone of azerite energy that damages enemies, heals allies at mid-charge, and detonates in a heavy burst at full power. Titan-Wrought Frame: Stone-hardened bodies add 10 % extra base armor to all equipped items, turning Earthen into walking bulwarks. And there's even more, additional racials boost gathering, exploration, and self-sustain, ensuring these granite heroes leave their mark on every battlefield. The New Map Legend: A new feature that will facilitate your progression in the game. It will be easier to find quests, Limited Time Activities, dungeons, raids, delve or cave entrances, flightpoints, etc. The new interface feature: Arachnophobia. Trading Post: There are no significant changes to the trading post, and it will work as usual. BORIS RETURNS AND A SURPRISE Gear up, heroes! To celebrate the arrival of the expansion, we have two epic surprises waiting for you! First, the legendary tauren Boris returns for one entire week (from 25 to 31), ready to boost a single character on your account straight to level 70. He'll even give to you a full set of starter gear, letting you charge into quests, dungeons, and more! But choose wisely, because Boris can only help a single character on your account. And as a special token of our gratitude for your constant support and loyalty, every adventurer who logs in during the first week will receive the Timbered Sky Snake mount, letting you soar across Azeroth in unmistakable style. Enjoy the head start and charge into this new chapter with flair!

Greetings Firestorm! The official release of The War Within is getting closer every day. We began this adventure by introducing the closed beta, where we progressively invited members of our community. That phase has now ended, and it's time to present the open beta, which will arrive on Firestorm on July 23! So, what's the difference between an open beta and a closed beta? In the open beta, you don't need an invitation or a key, because access is available to everyone. This allows us to test the server’s stability with a large number of players connected at the same time and playing the same content. For your info, the characters you'll have in the open beta are the same ones from the closed beta. This character copy was done over a month ago from the Valdrakken (Dragonflight) realm, so it's perfectly normal if your gear, mounts, appearances, and so on don't reflect your current live characters exactly. Important note: The client will actually run on version 11.1.5, but the content will be from patch 11.0.2, and class balance will reflect 11.1.5. Additionally, progress made during the open beta will not be saved, this is a test realm, and its progress will eventually be wiped. DOWNLOAD THE TWW CLIENT You'll need the TWW client to be able to log in! For now on, the only way to get this expansion is through our new Firestorm launcher, which only offers the full client Here's a step-by-step guide: Click here to download our new launcher. Install our launcher. Execute the launcher. Select the The War Within client option. You need to select a folder where you want it to be installed. The folder should be on a compatible and not restricted folder. Once it's installed, just open it and log in! TWW CONTENT AND STATUS Let's talk a bit about the content and what The War Within has to offer: LEVELING - "EARLY GAME": When you create a character (allied races, Dracthyrs, DKs, and DHs excluded), you will be forced into this zone where every other new characters are too: Exile's Reach. This zone includes a tutorial, and some easy quests that will help you get started in World of Warcraft. Once you reach level 10 (allied races start there by default, and DKs and DHs too, right after their short intro questline), you can talk to Chromie to choose an expansion to “re‑live” all the way up to level 70. Currently, you can choose between Dragonflight, Shadowlands, and BfA, although you’ll receive Dragonflight by default, as it's the one that works best. KHAZ ALGAR INTRO: Once you reach level 70, the quest "The War Within" will start automatically. You'll head to Silithus to begin your new journey, then continue to the Chamber of Heart for a few quests, and finally to Dalaran. This was already tested and it's working very well. KHAZ ALGAR'S NEW ZONES: Khaz Algar offers four new zones full of events, quests, and adventures. Overall, we can say the functionality is good, but there’s still work to do. Isle of Dorn (levels 70 - 73), Dornogal, the new capital, is also located here. The Ringing Deeps (levels 73 - 75) Hallowfall (levels 75 - 78) Azj-Kahet (levels 78 - 80) NEW RACE: The Earthen Allied Race, the introduction questline of this new race is ready, and you will need to complete it to continue your adventure. DUNGEONS: The 8 new dungeons of TWW are available and working well. There are level-up dungeons (70–80) that offer an alternative way to level up, as well as max-level dungeons. Level-Up Dungeons 70 - 80: The Rookery The Stonevault Priory of the Sacred Flame Ara-Kara, City of Echoes Max-Level Dungeons: Cinderbrew Meadery Darkflame Cleft The Dawnbreaker City of Threads DUNGEONS MM+: The 8 dungeons are ready, and the testing carried out by players during the closed beta phase has been generally positive. Here the Season 1 dungeons list: Ara-Kara, City of Echoes City of Threads The Stonevault The Dawnbreaker Mists of Tirna Scithe (Shadowlands) The Necrotic Wake (Shadowlands) Siege of Boralus (BfA) Grim Batol (Cataclysm) NERUB-AR PALACE: Step into the first raid of The War Within, Nerub-ar Palace, now open in LFR, Normal, Heroic, and Mythic difficulties! Prepare to face 8 bosses in the depths of Azj-Kahet! DELVES: This new feature is already functional, but we’re still working on fixes and completing the remaining variants in time for the open beta. WARBANDS: This new feature was developed a while ago. The remaining issues are currently being fixed, and we expect to receive more reports during the open beta. SKYRIDING: This is a dynamic flying system inspired by Dragonflight, letting players use momentum and abilities to explore the world, with hundreds of updated mounts and forms. All features, including races, glyphs, and the still track are now ready and fully implemented and working. PROFESSIONS: Professions bring several changes, as we mentioned in the devblog. Their development is still ongoing, and we're looking forward to receiving more feedback during the open beta, as many more players will be able to test them. PvP: The BGs, wargames, skirmishes, arenas, and all PvP features are working. Both the new BG and the new arena (even though it’s from S2) are also available and functional. Fixes are still being applied, and we expect to receive more feedback during the open beta. CLASSES: As we mentioned, class balance will follow version 11.1.5. Hero talents have also been implemented. They let you control your abilities more effectively or focus more on healing or damage, depending on your preference. However, there's still some work ahead to keep adjusting it. WORLD EVENTS: The Theater Troupe and Awakening the Machine are ready. Spreading the Light is mostly complete. We hope to get feedback on these events during the open beta. With that being said, if you encounter any issues there we'd be happy to hear about them on our bugtracker to make sure it gets the attention required. As always, our development and QA teams are working hard to ensure you have the best possible experience, together with the GM, support, and animation teams! We'll be back soon with more news about The War Within! Until then, we wish you a great time on Firestorm! We're grateful for your continued trust and support. The Firestorm Team.
  6. Greetings Firestorm! It's time to present you the new launcher we've been working on. Of course, it will receive regular updates. If you find any issues, please submit a report in the bugtracker. This new launcher lets you download, uninstall and launch the game, read news, visit community spaces like our forum, open our support pages, and even the shop! Click here to download the new launcher What's new? Single, full-client download: The full client is now the only download option. This prevents issues caused by downloading while playing, such as corrupted partial files, mismatched versions, or confusing install paths. Direct access: From the menu, you'll have direct access to Firestorm's support pages (shop support, technical support, etc.), as well as to our social media, web shop, and bugtracker. Link old full clients: You can link any existing Firestorm full client to the new launcher however. The minimal version is not recommended in any case. Fixes for old clients: WotLK: This expansion will now be available in multiple languages. Cataclysm: The issue with this client is over, and it's now available in multiple languages. BfA: To avoid the issue with BfA client, you need to download it with this launcher. It is now fixed. Shadowlands: This client is now completely fixed. Optional for Now; Transition plan Using the new launcher is optional at this stage, for now you can still use the legacy launcher or torrent links to download every expansion, except The War Within, which is available exclusively through the new launcher. Switching is optional at this stage, we encourage everyone to get familiar with the new launcher now, because the torrent links and legacy launcher will no longer receive updates and will eventually disappear as they will become obsolete. Download the new Firestorm launcher today and be ready for what's next!
  7. Greetings Firestormers! The wait for the Closed Beta is almost over! Soon, players will be able to join the realm and start testing all the TWW content with us. Specifically, the TWW Closed Beta realm goes live on Firestorm on June 23rd, 2025. So what exactly is the Closed Beta? It's a development phase for an expansion where we launch a private server and invite players to log in, explore, and test everything we've developed so far. You'll be able to access all content developed so far with an exact copy of your Valdrakken characters. There's no set date yet for the character copy, but it'll happen automatically, so don't worry if you're missing an item, that's perfectly normal. Please note that any progress you make during the Closed Beta won't be saved to your account and your characters will be deleted afterward. So if you want to advance your characters, you'll have to wait until the official Firestorm realm launches, or for now keep playing on our Dragonflight realm Valdrakken. GET INVITED How to get invited to the Closed Beta? To start, our most active players of the realm will automatically receive an invitation in their inbox, complete with instructions on how to log in. In recognition of their dedication and loyalty, they'll gain access to the realm, and they'll also receive an additional code to share with a friend. To take part, we'll enable a field in the Account Control Panel, just register there to be eligible for an invitation. But if you haven't been especially active lately and still want to join the Closed Beta, don't worry! We are going to organize several alternative ways to obtain access while the beta is running. Once you've received your code, log in on this page and enter it in the new access field. After submitting the code, if it's valid you'll gain entry. Then simply log your character into the game! We'll also hold periodic invitation waves, which will be announced on Discord. The codes will be also shared across social media such as Discord, Facebook, etc, through game events and giveaways. INSTALLATION GUIDE Whether you were invited to the Closed Beta or just want to have the TWW client ready when the realm launches, we've prepared this download guide for you! From now on, the only way to get this expansion is through our new launcher. It comes as a full-client installer, so you'll need to wait for the entire client to finish downloading before opening the game. This way, you won’t have to download anything while you play! Here's a step-by-step guide: Click here to download our new launcher. Install our launcher. Execute the launcher. Select the The War Within client option. You need to select a folder where you want it to be installed. The folder should be on a compatible and not restricted folder. Once it's installed, just open it and log in! Greetings Firestorm! The wait is almost over. The War Within is coming to Firestorm, and we're ready to show you what's ahead. This expansion introduces a variety of new content. Our development team has been working hard over the last few months to get as much of it ready as possible. While there's still some work to be done before it's fully polished, we're now at a point where we can start sharing some of the key features. Of course, a beta realm for The War Within will be available soon. We'll start by inviting a small group of players, then slowly open access to more, beginning with the most active members of the community. We'll also be giving away beta keys on social media and Discord. We'll keep you informed about the beta launch, so make sure to keep an eye on our website and Discord! NEW ZONE: KHAZ-ALGAR Khaz Algar is the new continent introduced in this expansion, it includes four regions and a major capital city: The Ringing Deeps, Hallowfall, Azj-Kahet, and the Isle of Dorn, where the new capital, Dornogal, is located. This continent also introduces a new playable race, the Earthen, a resilient titan-forged people native to the depths of Azeroth. Alongside them come new world events, factions, and of course, a quest campaign. Let's talk about development: Isle of Dorn (levels 70 - 73): The main campaign and side quests are already in place. While world quests and rares are in the final stages, treasures and other content are still in early development. World activity, The Theater Troupe: The development of this event is ready. The Ringing Deeps (levels 73 - 75): The main campaign, side quests, world quests, and rares are all ready, except for one world quest and the treasure content, which are still in development. World activity, Awakening the machine: The development of this event is ready. Hallowfall (levels 75 - 78): The main story has been implemented, side quests are nearly finished, and the rest of the content is still in development. World activity, Spreading the Light: The development has not started yet. Azj-Kahet (levels 78 - 80): The main campaign and side quests have been implemented, and most of the remaining content such as world quests, rares, treasures, and renown activities has also been implemented, with only a few elements still in development. There's a world activity that will take place across all of Khaz Algar Worldsoul Memory, but its development has not yet started. The Earthen Allied Race: The majority of the questlines needed to unlock this new race are finished, and we’re aiming to have everything set for the closed beta. The War Within campaign: The introductory storyline "Visions of Azeroth" is fully developed and it will be available during the beta, since it's the first step in this adventure. Testing is underway, and development is still in progress. Most of this is expected to be available when the Beta launches, with the rest being added gradually throughout that phase. RAID: NERUB-AR PALACE The first raid of the expansion is one of the most important additions for PvE players. The full raid has already been developed, and testing is underway. Of course, some fixes will be needed during this testing phase. But the Nerub-ar Palace raid will be available in all difficulties for players to try out during the Closed Beta. This will help identify bugs and make sure everything's ready for the official launch. Here's the raid boss list: Ulgrax the Devourer The Bloodbound Horror Sikran, Captain of the Sureki Rasha'nan Broodtwister Ovi'nax Nexus-Princess Ky'veza The Silken Court: Anub'arash and Skeinspinner Takazj Queen Ansurek THE WAR WITHIN DUNGEONS Dungeons are another major pillar of PvE content, and this expansion brings eight new ones. Below, we'll take a closer look at how their development is progressing: Level-Up Dungeons 70 - 80: The Rookery: The development is finished and it's currently stable and playable. The Stonevault: The development phase has recently ended, and testing is now in progress, but it’s expected to be ready for the Closed Beta. Priory of the Sacred Flame: The development is finished and it's currently stable and playable. Ara-Kara, City of Echoes: The development just finished, which means testing hasn't started yet, but it's expected to be ready for the Closed Beta. Max-Level Dungeons: Cinderbrew Meadery: The development is finished and it's currently stable and playable. Darkflame Cleft: The development is finished and it's currently stable and playable. The Dawnbreaker: The development is finished and it's currently stable and playable, though there are still a few things to look into. City of Threads: The development is finished and it's currently stable and playable. Naturally, these tests were run on a testing realm, without hundreds or thousands of players running the same dungeon or content at the same time. As the Closed Beta progresses, some issues could still appear, and additional fixes will be applied to these dungeons as needed. SEASON 1 DUNGEONS Mythic + dungeons take more development time than standard ones due to the additional mechanics involved, like scaling difficulty and affixes. This season includes four dungeons from The War Within and four from previous expansions. Here's the list of The War Within dungeons from Season 1: Ara-Kara, City of Echoes City of Threads The Stonevault The Dawnbreaker Mists of Tirna Scithe (Shadowlands) The Necrotic Wake (Shadowlands) Siege of Boralus (BfA) Grim Batol (Cataclysm) Let's talk about the development status of these dungeons from previous expansions, as the TWW ones have already been covered above: Mists of Tirna Scithe (Shadowlands): Development is complete, with testing still in progress and further fixes planned. The dungeon is now considered to be in a stable and highly playable state. The Necrotic Wake (Shadowlands): Development is complete, with testing still in progress and further fixes planned. The dungeon is now considered to be in a stable and highly playable state. Siege of Boralus (BfA): Development is complete, with most testing and fixes already done, though some testing is still ongoing. The dungeon is now considered to be in a stable and highly playable state. Grim Batol (Cataclysm): Development is complete, with testing still in progress and further fixes planned. The dungeon is now considered to be in a stable and highly playable state. These tests were conducted in a controlled testing environment, without hundreds or thousands of players running the content simultaneously. As mentioned in the previous section on dungeons, some issues may still appear as the Closed Beta progresses, and further fixes will be applied to these dungeons as needed. DELVES Delves are a new type of short-form instanced content that you can run solo or in a group of 2-5 players, accompanied by an NPC companion, who can take on the role of DPS or healer. The Bountiful Delves feature will be available as well. Although the system for Delves has already been developed, only the first variant (storyline) of each delve is currently implemented. Development is still ongoing, but the first phase of testing has already started, and some fixes are expected to come along with it. It’s possible that not all delve variants will be available by the start of the Closed Beta, but they'll be added progressively during the Beta period. The weekly quests related to this content are also functional, but the NPC Zekvir's Lair is not available yet. CLASSES FEATURES AND HERO TALENTS As usual, the arrival of a new expansion brings major and meaningful changes to all classes. Naturally, this takes a lot of development work to ensure classes are as balanced as possible. Our developers have been working on this for a while, and plenty of testing has already been done, though the process is still ongoing. This is where the Closed Beta realm really helps. Players who join will be able to test the content and help us identify any potential class issues early, so we can fix them as soon as possible. Keeping classes well-balanced is never easy, but we’ll keep working on it until we get it right. As an additional note, the Dracthyr race will be able to choose from the following classes during the Beta: Hunter, Mage, Priest, Rogue, Warlock, and Warrior. This way, we can ensure everything works properly by the time the expansion goes live. WARBANDS This expansión introduces a new account-wide system, aspects such as renown, transmog, gear that has the "Warbound Until Equipped" attribute and currencies are shared, making progress feel smoother no matter which character you're playing. Let's talk about this features: Warband Bank, which is an account-wide bank with multiple tabs. It's functional and development is finished, and we don't expect too many issues during the beta. Warband reputations: The development is finished and both for the Dragonflight factions and for the 4 new TWW factions are working. Transferable currencies: The development is done and it's functional, but we also expect our players to help with general testing during the closed beta and apply fixes if needed. Warbound Until Equipped Gear: The development is done, and we expect to apply some fixes during the Closed Beta. We also have implemented the small chance of having warbound until equipped bonus loots in dungeons, delves and raid. The Warbanding Together questline is available and rewards the spell Warband Bank Distance Inhibitor, which summons a personal portal directly to your Warband Bank for 10 minutes. SKYRIDING Inspired by the Dragonflight system, Skyriding is a dynamic form of flying that uses momentum and abilities to reach high places and travel across the world. Flight speed is capped at 705%, and hundreds of mounts have been updated to support this mode, including Druid flight forms. Evokers can also skyride using their racial ability, Soar. This mode is unlocked automatically, along with the Flight Style Switch, which allows players to swap between Skyriding and Steady Flight (the classic flying style). To use Steady Flight on this new continent, you will need to unlock the achievement The War Within Pathfinder, as usual. The races are ready and testing is underway! Other Skyriding features, like glyphs and the still track, are still in progress, but they're expected to be ready for the Beta or added as it progresses. PvP PvP brings a few new features, which we'll go over below along with the ongoing development of this game mode: The new battleground Deephaul Ravine is already in development, though it’s still in the early stages. Bloody Tokens will be the only currency used in War Mode, and they are already working as intended. PvP gear scales up in arenas and battlegrounds as usual, but not in War Mode activities. For open-world combat, you can use valor stones and crests to upgrade your gear to the highest item level available outside instanced PvP. The PvP gear and vendors for Season 1 of The War Within are ready. The Solo Rated Battleground Blitz mode is currently in development and is expected to be ready for the Closed Beta. OTHER FEATURES Professions: The profession system in TWW builds on the model introduced in Dragonflight, with several changes and new additions: The Concentration and Ingenuity systems, including the Concentration recharge mechanic, have been fully implemented. Patron NPC orders system and its knowledge point catch-up sub-system have been scripted and only requires some fine-tuning to the order-generation process, as well as the addition of the orders' crafting rewards. Most traits in each specialization tree are now scripted, and all first-craft order rewards have been added. Development also covers nearly all reagent conversions and scavenging systems, such as Darkmoon Card conversions, Scour Through Scrap and more. A significant portion of on-use items and gems with special effects have been scripted (such as Heartseeking Health Injector, Algari Flask/Potion Cauldrons and more) Development on professions is still underway, with further testing planned. We expect to uncover and fix bugs throughout the Beta. Additionally, more profession-related content will be added during the Beta phase. The New Map Legend: This feature will also be ready and available in the closed beta. Gear Item Level Upgrade System with the new currencies Valorstones and Crests is working. The new interface feature: Arachnophobia, will be available. Trading Post: There are no significant changes to the trading post, and it will work as usual. Great Vault: The Vault will continue to function the same way it does now, but there's a change in the third tab: PvP will no longer be the activity that grants a selectable item. Instead, it will be replaced by "World Activities," which will now include delves. As the closed beta approaches, our development and QA teams are working hard to ensure you have the best possible experience. In the meantime, we hope you’re enjoying the current Dragonflight content! We'll be back soon with more news about The War Within! Until then, we wish you a great time on Firestorm! We're grateful for your continued trust and support. The Firestorm Team.
