      Hello @Zoemaru  I can see that there has been some frustration during the game time for you. It is ok to feel angry but it is not acceptable to just write insults without even referencing specific quests, instances, not working spells etc This is just an empty rant. But it can be fruitful if you would create a report on Bug Tracker when you encounter something that does not work correctly. That way our QAs can take a look and pass it down to developers. I remind you that most of our team are volunteers and we spend a lot of our free time to ensure that you can play World of Warcraft for free. We do not have the resources of a multibillion dollar company. So, yes, some things might not work, especially some old expansion content on newer servers.       Hello @JcDenton86  The Great Vault resets every monday. So you can claim the item from the activities you had done the week before. During the week there sometimes is a visual bug showing "unclaimed rewards" when the Vault has not reset yet or even when no activities were done to fill the slots. Hope this clears it up.
