Greetings @5eigfried The Launcher is the only way to get the client. If you are having issues downloading it. Please add exceptions in your antivirus and firewall. Hello everyone! Are folks still having this issue? If so. Please try the following troubleshooting steps. Make sure that you meet the minimal requirements for the game which you can find here. Open the game, click on the settings, and under advanced, make sure that the game is using the correct graphics card Restart your router then open Command Prompt ( type CMD in windows search ) as administrator and type in the following commands: ipconfig/release ipconfig/renew ipconfig/flushdns Delete your Cache, Interface, and WTF folders in your game files. Use a VPN and change your location to a different country. Any paid VPN should work and for a free alternative, it is recommended to use UrbanVPN If none of these steps work for you, please submit a support ticket here for further assistance. Greetings @Trenlord Depending on your location and ISP you may need to use a VPN to connect to the server. Currently there is also a cable in the ocean that was cut recently causing connection issues for many Asia and similar area locations which may also include you. The lag is not an issue with the server but your connection and delay it takes. I encourage you to try a VPN and see if this helps your issue with high latency.
