Greetings @ottastardust This error is caused by your PC's Memory. Usually a reboot of the PC resolves this issue. If it does not, I would test your memory to make sure you do not have any issues with it. Also sometimes addons will cause this issue. Hello @hadekk This is because your account that has this character is still a freakz account. You can log into the client with your freakz information. However, please note there can be connection issues at time because it is still a freakz account. Also you cannot take part in the features like character unstuck or purchase points because you need a firestorm account to do that. Hello again @Harunore, At this point I would suggest submitting an in-game ticket for a Game Masters assistance, they will be able to look your information up while you are online, and should assist you on determining if you have met the requirements. Unfortunetly a support ticket is more designed for account issues like being unable to connect. Greetings @Mgs78 Please try the following steps to see if this resolves your issue. First, make sure you are using the right client. We are now on 10.2.7 client Make sure you are logging in with your email. You can make sure your logging in correctly by logging into the website. The login information is the same for the client and website. Make sure that you meet the minimal requirements for the game.. Open the game, click on the settings, and under advanced, make sure that the game is using the correct graphics card Restart your router then open Command Prompt ( type CMD in windows search ) as administrator and type in the following commands: ipconfig/release ipconfig/renew ipconfig/flushdns Delete your Cache, Interface, and WTF folders in your game files. Use a VPN and change your location to a different country. Greetings @Aenefis We are advising players to level in shadowlands as it has proven to be a more stable leveling experience. If you abandon all quests and log out/in from your capital city it should pop up the start for shadowlands campaign. If it does not pop automatically you can visit Chromie in your capital city to start shadowlands as well. We understand that most player's want to experience as much content as they can, that's why I suggest submitting a bug tracker on your issue at fstorm.cc/tracker. Please keep in mind that devs are focused on current content so it may be some time before BFA content is looked into.
