The screenshot you included with your report makes it evident that the player acted rather inappropriately and made unpleasant and offensive remarks via whisper. We will take significant action against this player as a result of the inappropriate nature of these remarks. In future you can keep those players out of your way and carry on playing peacefully without running into any issues or engaging in private talks with them by using the command "/Ignore PlayerName."       Sadly, our rules don't prevent these situations from happening, making joining random groups a little bit of a gamble.
      We cannot avoid this from happening, nor punish the guy for something that is not in our rules.

      People are NOT forced to include you in rolls or to share loot.
      It would be nicer? Yes, totally, but the game rules are not there to force whether the person who wins the loot is forced to share it.
      His item, his choice.
      We noticed that you did not provide all the information regarding this case, which obscured where you addressed them as retards.
