We appreciate your time writing this report.  The player you have shown us in the screenshot is definitely behaving inappropriately and we will not tolerate someone offending another player. We may assure you that player will be taken care of.  You can always use /Ignore PlayerName command, so the player would not be able to contact you again. Also, do not reply to any toxic comments in your whispers to prevent the situation from escalating and you possibly being reported by other players with only selected chat messages.

Reporting such toxic behaviour helps us to make Firestorm server friendly and non-toxic. We appreciate your effort.  Best Regards,

Greetings, @lucianocerella, your report seems as you were trying to frame the reported player as your first message "c(s)ry baby" is clearly visible in the attached chat. The reported player will be dealt with, as his comment is highly inappropriate, however, you provoked him first. Therefore, I want to warn you in this matter. Do not provoke players in whispers as you only ignite their anger and they may insult you after. You can also /Ignore PlayerName to avoid getting messages from certain players or joining groups with them. Thank you for understanding. Kind Regards,

[WORKAROUND] TWW intro stuck after abandoning Dalaran portal quest / Map unavailable If you abandoned the TWW intro quest during the destroyed Dalaran sequence because the portal said that the map was unavailable, and you can no longer pick the quest up again, this workaround fixed the problem for me. Go to Orgrimmar. Go to the Orgrimmar Embassy / Allied Races area — the place where you can unlock or activate allied races. On the right side of that area there is a round platform with the Earthen Teleporter. Use the Earthen Teleporter. It will take you into an underground Earthen area connected to The Ringing Deeps. Leave the underground area and get out into the actual The Ringing Deeps zone. I then flew further down into Azj-Kahet. I am not sure whether this step is actually required, but it was part of the exact sequence that fixed the issue for me. Use a portal back to Orgrimmar. After doing this, the portal to Dornogal started working for me. Enter Dornogal. Important: flying may be disabled inside Dornogal itself. Move a short distance outside the city and flying should become available again. Fly toward the location of the quest Violent Impact on the Isle of Dorn. When I approached the quest area / crossed close to the zone boundary, the game automatically teleported me underneath the rubble into the correct phase. I was then able to complete Violent Impact and continue the normal TWW campaign. After this, the campaign worked normally again. Warning: I strongly recommend not abandoning the TWW intro quest in destroyed Dalaran if the portal says the map is unavailable. Abandoning it can leave your character stuck in the wrong phase. This workaround worked for me on Firestorm Dornogal / TWW. I cannot confirm whether flying down into Azj-Kahet is actually required, but I included it because it was part of the exact sequence that fixed my character.

Description & Evidence: I joined his group. 3 players were waiting to the entrence of the Delve and this guy was in Dornogal. Everyone flew to the entrance except him. He was waiting for a summon, which we do not summon when we go to the Delve. And then i just said "fly" and you can check what he said by the screenshots.
