The player did indeed had an inappropriate and will be penalized as a result.  In future you can keep those players out of your way and carry on playing peacefully without running into any issues or engaging in private talks with them by using the command "/Ignore PlayerName." The screenshot you included with your report makes it evident that the player acted rather inappropriately and made unpleasant and insensitive/discriminatory remarks via whispers. We will take significant action against this player as a result of the inappropriate nature of these remarks.       Ouch. Now I see why completionists have such troubles with WoW
