      VIP - Benefit doesn't work, herb gathering dismounts

      Greetings, I got the VIP status today for the first time. In the VIP post, it says "You can gather herbs while mounted. (TWW not included)". This benefit doesn't seem to work for me. Other benefits I tested until now did work perfectly fine. I play on Icecrown und tested on my character Valshayr. Is there a fix?   Thanks in advance and best regards!

      Greetings @AGI, We appreciate the time and effort put into producing this report. Following an extensive investigation, it was discovered that the player was multi-boxing. This player will be penalized for their behavior.  We truly regret the player from our community's inappropriate behavior. You can always file a forum report, but make sure that any subsequent reports contain the required proof (screenshots or video footage) of the offense you are accusing the player of. When supplying screenshots as proof of a player complaint, please include one or more that are adequately sized and show the complete screen. When reporting players for being AFK in battlegrounds, please provide screenshots of the match summary at the beginning and end of the battleground. We are appreciative of your report and your efforts to make our Firestorm community better. Best Regards,

      warband bank items gone missing

      All the items inside my warband bank are gone Realm:Dornogal
      Character:주황,horde,LVL80
      all item is gone
      The items were available until January12,2026,
      but disappeared on the 13th new season has started, but I can't play because of this issue
