      I think that part of the Emerald Dream campaign may not be fully scripted/released on Firestorm yet. Usually when the NPCs and follow-up cinematic are completely missing, it’s server-side rather than a problem with your character or quest progress. You could try abandoning and retaking the previous quest, relogging, or checking if Chromie Time/phasing is affecting the zone, but if nothing changes it’s probably a bug or unreleased content. I’d recommend reporting it in the bug tracker with your character name and the exact last completed quest in the chain.

      Thanks for your answer! We're a 5 men group  and we're leveling up through Battle for Azeroth, Shadowlands (a few because they're very buggy), and Dragonfly dungeons. We tried to do Blackrock Foundry at level 40 but it wouldn't let us in, and now at level 50 we wanted to try raids, but of course, we'd like to do the mechanics, not just kill the bosses. Which raids do you recommend?

      So many bugged quests

      And I like it when the game lags sometimes. It adds a certain vibe, it reminds me of the good old days. Of course, when it doesn't negate the game's playability, then it's a problem, or when lags haunt you. However, if you see one lag in some quest, I don't think it requires much criticism of the entire product.
