Description & Evidence: Hello Firestorm Staff, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the rejection of my previous report against the Retribution Paladin Солома, which was dismissed solely because I did not provide screenshots or video evidence. I fully understand the importance of evidence when reporting a player. However, I believe there is an important difference between directly accusing someone of cheating and requesting that the Game Masters investigate potentially abnormal gameplay. I am not asking you to punish a player without evidence. I am asking you to investigate a player whose performance has repeatedly raised serious concerns. I have encountered Солома multiple times in PvP, and the same unusual behavior continues to occur: Extremely high burst damage, sometimes eliminating opponents within approximately two seconds. Extraordinary survivability, even when facing multiple opponents simultaneously. The ability to combine overwhelming offensive pressure with exceptional defensive performance. These observations are not based on a single defeat or an isolated match. They come from repeated encounters. Furthermore, during The War Within and previously during Dragonflight, I have encountered similarly unusual PvP performances. One player I remember was named Holijas, who no longer appears in my encounters. I am not claiming that these players are connected, but I believe such recurring situations deserve attention. What concerns me most is that potentially abusive gameplay may continue unchecked simply because an ordinary player cannot provide technical proof of what is happening behind the scenes. Screenshots cannot necessarily demonstrate abnormal damage calculations, unintended interactions between abilities, or the possible exploitation of game mechanics. This is precisely why I am requesting a technical review by the staff, who may have access to information and investigative tools that ordinary players do not. I respectfully ask the Game Masters to reconsider my concerns and, if technically possible, review Солома's PvP performance, damage output, defensive abilities, healing, and any potential exploitation of unintended mechanics. If everything is functioning correctly, I will fully accept that conclusion. However, I would appreciate knowing that the concerns have been genuinely examined rather than dismissed solely because I could not provide a screenshot. Fair play should matter to everyone, and legitimate concerns deserve to be taken seriously. Thank you for your attention. Best regards,
