      We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing latency issues. Please try restarting your router or modem,, if possible, switch to a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi. We also recommend closing any background applications that may be using your network bandwidth. If issue continues please open a support ticket and provide more details and screenshots.

      How do i Update my client for TWW?

      Hello, @DarkMojo Please try running the Firestorm Launcher as an administrator. We also recommend adding both the launcher and the game folder as exceptions in your antivirus software, as it may be interfering with the game's files.  If the issue persists after trying these steps, please open a  ticket and attach screenshots of the error or the issue you're experiencing so we can provide further help if needed.
