      Greetings @Maritrox, We value the time and work put into creating this report. The screenshot you included with your report makes it evident that the player acted rather inappropriately and made unpleasant and offensive remarks via whispers. We will take significant action against this player as a result of the inappropriate nature of these remarks. Please refrain from responding to the player as that can escalate the situation.  In future you can keep those players out of your way and carry on playing peacefully without running into any issues or engaging in private talks with them by using the command "/Ignore PlayerName." It was found after reviewing your report that there was no supporting documentation, such as screenshots or video, for the claimed infraction the player committed. We will disregard and deny this report as a result. You can always file a forum complaint, but make sure that any additional reports you file contain the required proof (screenshots or video) of the infraction you're accusing the player of. Please ensure that any screenshots you submit as evidence are full sized and show the entire screen. If you are submitting a conversation as evidence, please make sure to submit it in its entirety.       Title: Call of the Dream Type: In-game Description: 
      Hello, I have a problem with the quest "Call of the dream" in "War Within" expansion in Dornogal server with my character Dravangel I started the quest and went to Adrenweald, but i accidentally left the zone before completing the next step.  After that, I tried to return and continue the quest, but it did not work. The quest seemed to be stuck I abandoned the quest in my quest log and tried to take it again, but it is still stuck at the same stage and I cannot progress with the campaign. Could you plese fully reset or restart the quest "Call of the Dream" for my character so I can start it again from the beginning? Or auto-complete it? After looking into the evidence that you have provided to us through screenshots, we can agree with you that the player in concern has indeed violated our server rules, and we do not tolerate such racism/discrimination from players on our server. Don't worry, we've already dealt with this matter by imposing a strict decision on this player, and we've ensured that this type of circumstance won't happen again. We sincerely apologize for the player's inappropriate behavior that was brought to your attention, and I hope it never happens again. We want to avoid incidents like this on Firestorm, and your report is assisting us reach that objective.
