      Greetings, @Jacqueling Thank you for reaching out to us and providing multiple screenshots as evidence. I will validate this report because it has been confirmed that the player in question is harassing you and will be dealt with accordingly. You should also note that you calling them names in return is considered harassment as well and is not acceptable, please refrain from doing this again. As for the player being AFK in arenas, there is no evidence of this provided. Full sized screenshots or videos, and screenshots of the match summary are needed for this. Feel free to reach out to us again if you encounter any more situations like this that go against our Code of Conduct. Best regards,

      Greetings, @Xaviar24! First, we would like to thank you for writing this report. After the inspection of the screenshot you have provided to us, we agree this type of behaviour is not appropriate. We can assure you that the player is going to be dealt with accordingly. We also want to remind you of a command /Ignore PlayerName which you can use and the ignored player will not be able to contact you again. However, it was pointed to us that you may have baited this whole situation and also reacted to it which you did not provide here. For future reference, do not reply to any toxic comments in your whispers to prevent such situations from escalating and you possibly being reported by other players with only selected chat messages as well.       you need to enter the delve and select the role from within the delve to work around the bug. i just did it a few minutes ago.

      Description & Evidence: The dude just wispered me, calling me a "pussy" after he ganked me level 74, and my brother (which was much higher level came to assist).
