      My Keystone isn't working right now.

      Ever since the update, it's been completely unresponsive.
      Keystone isn't working properly.
      I can't even edit anything.
      Even after deleting the cache folder, it's still unresponsive...

      The player you have shown us in the screenshot is definitely behaving inappropriately and we will not tolerate someone offending another player. We may assure you that player will be taken care of. You also did a great decision to ignore this player.

      Reporting such toxic behaviour helps us to make Firestorm server friendly and non-toxic. We appreciate your effort.

      Greetings, @Gmayer.f. After going through the screenshots you have provided to us, we absolutely agree this type of behaviour is not appropriate and will not be tolerated on our server. We can assure you that the player is going to be dealt with accordingly. In the future, please do not reply to such problematic players in world chat, you ignite the conversation further and spam the chat. We appreciate the effort.

      Greetings, @Ezzedin Thank you for reaching out to us and providing screenshots as evidence. We must, however, invalidate this report for 2 reasons. The screenshots are cropped and not full screenshots and because players are able to roll for transmogs within raids. If this is not something you'd like, then creating a raid with your own loot rules is a possibility. Feel free to reach out to us if you find any more situations of players going against out Code of Conduct. Best regards,
