      I installed the latest expansion, but all my progress in Dragonflight has been lost. My characters have progress from before this realm. How can I continue my progress?

      Title: Caidas constantes del servidor de Sylvanas Type: In-game Description: 
      Ya que el servidor cuenta con poca gente conectada, eventualmente con las constantes caidas del servidor no se pueden armar Raid´s, Key´s y nada para tratar de atraer mas gente al servidor ya que constantemente tenemos caidas esporadicas o caidas de tiempos mas largos, y en las ultimas semanas las caidas incrementaron en su constancia y en la duracion de la misma, al momento de escribir esto el servidor esta caido por 3 o 4 vez en el dia, y las ultimas 2 caidas duraron un estimado de 30 min por cada una, es por eso la molestia de las personas que jugamos en el servidor, seria lo mejor que solucionen el problema y que ya no sean tan constantes esas caidas, ya que el servidor de sylvanas es el unico que presenta las constantes caidas, ningun otro servidor tiene esos problemas.
