      Well, Ascension is - or was - an american project, Firestorm is Europe-based. I'd love to see Blizzard trying to enforce their so-called right on european soil, because that's exactly what stopped them from shutting down european private servers in the past. Also, Blizzard tends to shut down servers with a certain popular, singular concept (plus playerbase) they want to claim as their own, like they did with Classic, Season of Discovery and now with whatever concept Ascension had. Firestorm didn't have such unique concept until BfA Reforged and as entertaining as the Firestorm playerbase might find that idea, it's highly unlikely to be abducted by Blizzard. Obviously, you can only be so sure, but then again, this is Europe still, so I wouldn't be too concerned about the recent development.

      Ok so i seen the news and I fear that our private server , firestorm wow will be shutting down via blizzard DMCA just like Ascension did. I propose a button on the account page where everyone can download their account information and all the achievements and characters and mounts so that people can use things like chatgpt or ollama to set up their own server locally and able to import their accounts and not loose any progress that accumulated over the years. You might say that the servers are secure and blizzard can't do much but aparently they can even to the mighty Ascension servers. What stops them from coming after us? I'm requesting a button on the account section of the website to do the export in a .json format zip archive. I fear that if the shutdown don't come by the end of this year it might come at the start of next year. You never know. Firestorm has already 3000+ players on the server on daily basis and asks for microtransactions in some cases. I love this server very much but I fear of the DMCA imminent/upcoming shutdown.

      there are 2 ways to do this on dorn: 1. ur char must have progressed in SL Q chain normally and have starting renown, i believe 30. Char should NOT have converted mini-map landing to TWW, so 69 max. 2. Ur Char must have done SL progression plus renown opener as a ported char from old SL realm AND have Q in log. For this, u can be >69. If u just want mount from https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=15178/fake-it-til-you-make-it, there were people with open zone progress who inv to near boss with  lock summ, This will be possible AGAIN once Taz goes out of mythic pool, typically 10-20K

After examining your report, it was discovered that there was not enough evidence against the players in question to determine if they were in fact Wintrading because we can see that all the players in the match were doing damage/healing. As a result of this we will disregard and deny this report as a result.  You can always file a forum complaint, but make sure that any additional reports you file contain the required proof (screenshots or video) of the infraction you're accusing the player of. Please ensure that any screenshots you submit as evidence are full sized and show the entire screen. If you are submitting players for wintrading, kindly include screenshots of the match summary where you believe the player was wintrading as well as links to the player's armory and match history.  Nevertheless we are appreciative of your report and your efforts to make our Firestorm community better.
