The screenshot you included with your report makes it evident that the player acted rather inappropriately and made unpleasant and offensive remarks in the chat and via whispers. We will take significant action against this player as a result of the inappropriate nature of these remarks. In future you can keep those players out of your way and carry on playing peacefully without running into any issues or engaging in private talks with them by using the command "/Ignore PlayerName." Also the player you are reporting is not the player in the screenshot. Please spell the player's name correctly when making a report. Please ensure that any screenshots you submit as evidence are full sized and show the entire screen.
