Greetings @Dragunov thank you for bringing this problematic player to our attention. First off, we won't be able to take the steps suggested by you as 1. none of the screenshots you submitted have a clear target and 2. the (unknown) country of origin of the person plays a role in the possible actions against him.
As such, any persecution outside of our server won't have any chance of success and seeking legal actions against this player can't really happen.
We are sorry that you have experienced such an outburst but would please ask you to remember that this is a game on a server where players from all over the world are interacting with each other.

Some players might have issues that do not agree with any ethical or moral code, and we try our best to remove them from our server and keep them away from our community, but we can't guarantee any exposure to such actions or statements since it's not possible to screen for such thoughts or personalities beforehand.
However, we will enforce our rules on such players which prohibit any kind of harassment, insensitive commenting or racism on our server. 
Let us punish such players and don't give them the attention they seek. Reporting them to us and forgetting about them is the best way you can handle such situations. I can assure you that this player (on all of his accounts) received a punishment that was fitting for his violation of our community guidelines.

mine was BLZ51903006. i've done almost everything (flush dns, use wired connection ) still cant log in. Can anyone guide me ?

As a result, the player you have reported will be penalized.  By using the command "/Ignore PlayerName", you may keep the player out of your way and continue playing calmly without encountering any problems or having private conversations with them.  We are doing our best to keep our community free of such childish and improper behavior. Thank you for your time that you put into this report.

First, let us clarify—a dungeon leader has the right to remove party members. The built-in mechanics and systems of the game allow for the "undemocratic" removal of party members by the leader and as such are not prohibited by our Code of Conduct. Sadly, it is possible that you will encounter individuals that abuse the power that this position gives. You have the option of the /ignore feature in-game that prevents you from joining groups with those players again. But the only way to ensure fair and friendly treatment in any group would be to enjoy dungeons with a party of people that you have already played with or known beforehand. However, as you have shown us in the screenshot, the player has also insulted you and we can assure you they will be dealt with accordingly. For the future reference, do not join the toxic conversations in your whispers, try to avoid provoking the player even more. We will not tolerate any toxicity on our servers, thank you for your efforts.
