      You wont find any que pops, majority of 2's teams are a bunch of tryhards playing the flavor of the season class/specs and maybe a few spanish guys that have fuck all idea what they're doing.

The screenshot you included with your report makes it evident that the player acted rather inappropriately and made unpleasant and offensive remarks via the whisper chat. We will take significant action against this player as a result of the inappropriate nature of these remarks. In future you can keep those players out of your way and carry on playing peacefully without running into any issues or engaging in private talks with them by using the command "/Ignore PlayerName."       Won 2 out of 3 rounds, round 4 starts, healer DC's and the solo ends.
      Healer that DC's has unchanged rating, healer that has won 0 games GAINS RAITING and the rest are either unchanged or gained rating.
      What in the actual FUCK Firestorm??!
      And here i thought that I've seen it all once i lost rating in a 6/6...
      Either fix the MMR system or delete it all together for fucks sake!
