      Greetings @Maritrox, We value the time and work put into creating this report. The screenshot you included with your report makes it evident that the player acted rather inappropriately and made unpleasant and offensive remark in the instance chat. We will take significant action against this player as a result of the inappropriate nature of this remark. In future you can keep those players out of your way and carry on playing peacefully without running into any issues or engaging in private talks with them by using the command "/Ignore PlayerName."       Greetings @Maritrox,  We appreciate the time and effort put into producing this report. After examining the screenshots you submitted, it was discovered that the evidence was insufficient. From what your screenshots displayed we can see that the player did do damage and healing. As a result we will deny this report.  You can always file a forum report, but make sure that any subsequent reports contain the required proof (screenshots or video footage) of the offense you are accusing the player of. When supplying screenshots as proof of a player complaint, please include one or more that are adequately sized and show the complete screen. When reporting players for being AFK in battlegrounds, please provide screenshots of the match summary at the beginning and end of the battleground. Nevertheless we are appreciative of your report and your efforts to make our Firestorm community better. Best Regards,
