Regarding the "download character info" button - I believe you can understand that all the hard work put into the making and upkeep of the server is not there for anyone to just pick up and go make their own server. The screenshot you included with your report makes it evident that the player acted rather inappropriately and made unpleasant and offensive remarks in world chat. We will take significant action against this player as a result of the inappropriate nature of these remarks. In future you can keep those players out of your way and carry on playing peacefully without running into any issues or engaging in private talks with them by using the command "/Ignore PlayerName."
