Something we encourage you to do in this situation is to add the player to your "ignore list" so you don't see messages like this again. We will validate this report because the player in question does appear to be AFK / not participating and will be dealt with accordingly.  Queuing with that gear and spec is part of the game mechanic though and is not punishable.
