      We appreciate your time writing this report. The player you have shown us in the screenshot is definitely behaving inappropriately and we will not tolerate this kind of misbehaviour. We may assure you that player will be taken care of. The best solution you can do in these situations is to use the /ignore PlayerName function, so the player would not be able to contact you again. Reporting such toxic behaviour helps us to make Firestorm server friendly and non-toxic. We appreciate your effort. Best Regards,

      Greetings, @Donald3! We appreciate your time and effort that you put into this report.

      The player’s behaviour in the Battleground is against our rules, and we can assure you that they will be taken care of accordingly. We realise that AFK status in PvP activities can be very annoying and inconvenient for the rest of the players.
