Although the player is the same faction, we can't verify if this was an intentional exploit or a random bug that happened so I must invalidate the report at this time. The screenshot you included with your report makes it evident that the player acted rather inappropriately and made unpleasant and offensive remarks in whispers. We will take significant action against this player as a result of the inappropriate nature of these remarks. In future you can keep those players out of your way and carry on playing peacefully without running into any issues or engaging in private talks with them by using the command "/Ignore PlayerName."
