      We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing latency issues. Please try restarting your router or modem,, if possible, switch to a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi. We also recommend closing any background applications that may be using your network bandwidth. If issue continues please open a support ticket and provide more details and screenshots.

      How do i Update my client for TWW?

      Hello, @DarkMojo Please try running the Firestorm Launcher as an administrator. We also recommend adding both the launcher and the game folder as exceptions in your antivirus software, as it may be interfering with the game's files.  If the issue persists after trying these steps, please open a  ticket and attach screenshots of the error or the issue you're experiencing so we can provide further help if needed.       Greetings, @Sun! We appreciate your time writing this report. The player you have shown us in the screenshots is definitely behaving inappropriately and we will not tolerate such misbehaviour. We may assure you that player has been taken care of. In the future, you may use the /Ignore PlayerName command, to stop seeing messages from or join groups with such players. Reporting such toxic behaviour helps us to make Firestorm server friendly and non-toxic. We appreciate your effort. Best Regards,

      Greetings @lahfw, We value the time and work put into creating this report. The screenshot you included with your report makes it evident that the player acted rather inappropriately and made unpleasant and offensive remarks via whispers. We will take significant action against this player as a result of the inappropriate nature of these remarks. In future you can keep those players out of your way and carry on playing peacefully without running into any issues or engaging in private talks with them by using the command "/Ignore PlayerName."
