        Почему модераторы Firestorm оставляют желать лучшего Многие пользователи Firestorm сталкиваются с проблемами из-за работы модераторов. Вот несколько причин, почему их действия вызывают недовольство: Необъективные решения – модераторы часто принимают решения без должного рассмотрения ситуации, наказывая игроков несправедливо. Отсутствие прозрачности – пользователи не получают четких объяснений по поводу блокировок или предупреждений, что создает атмосферу неопределенности. Избирательный подход – к разным игрокам применяются разные правила, и некоторые получают поблажки, в то время как других строго наказывают. Игнорирование жалоб – даже если игроки сообщают о нарушениях, модерация может просто проигнорировать их обращения. Грубое поведение – некоторые модераторы ведут себя агрессивно или высокомерно по отношению к игрокам, вместо того чтобы помогать и поддерживать сообщество. Эти проблемы создают негативную атмосферу, из-за чего многие пользователи теряют доверие к платформе.

      Thanks for creating this report.
      Sadly, we do not see proof of your claims in the attached screenshots.
      You should provide screenshots showing how little damage or healing he has done in the entire match. That or a video, since videos are generally better proof.

      We are sorry that you had to witness such a horrible situation involving this player's mental breakdown.
