      Greetings @bbul First of all, I would like to thank you for your time and effort in making this report. After looking over the screenshots that you so kindly submitted for this report about this player went way over the limit in this situation, and we do not tolerate such toxicity from players in our community especially in world chat while everyone is reading and some players are offended by such statements. Therefore, a Game Master interaction is required in this scenario to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. It is highly appreciated to see that our community is assisting us in moderating the world_en channel by players who are violating server policies, we want to avoid incidents like this one and maintain a friendly and respectful environment for everyone, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience he may have caused you and other players. As for this topic, I'm sorry I will have to decline the report you have submitted, Cause it doesn't have the required evidence (Ex: screenshots or videos) to take it in consideration.       Greetings @Undisputed We appreciate the time and effort put into producing this report. This is your 3rd report about this player Merebor claiming that he is premade with other players playing in the opposite faction by giving advantage to win the game, But those screenshots are not enough to prove that those players Magictroms,Holijas,Kroge,Reinicus are violating our server policies. As a result, we will deem this report as invalid. Best Regards,

As for the players mentioned in your report description "players in the premade are MAGICTROMZ.KROGE,HOLIJAS,REINICUS"  It doesn't show in the screenshot that those players were afk,as a  result we will not apply any punishment. The player in question were AFK during the battleground, according to the carefully scrutinized screenshots you included with your report. The player were already penalized for their behavior.  We truly regret the player from our community's inappropriate behavior.
