What is a Game Master ?
A Game Master's role is to help players, to guide them in their journey and to make sure that everyone's stay on Firestorm is as pleasant as possible, by making sure that we all respect the rules, and each other.
You will thus be a support for the whole international community in game, and on the forum.
Prerequisites: A good knowledge of WoW as a whole, but with a strong emphasize on the expansion you are applying on. Proper english skills, including a flawless spelling and the capability to follow and answer in a voice conversation. Having a great level of patience and compassion when in contact with players! Being at least 18 years old, and mature Having a functional mic, and a valid discord account A strong will to help, and being able to listen, not just hear! Being able to organize and schedule your own time Being available at least 10 hours a week, regularly (if you can log 10h the weekend, but not at all during the week it won't do!) Being able to work autonomously but also being comfortable talking with your team! Will be a good addition to your resume: Having a knowledge of GM Commands (Trinity / Mangos) Having a GM experience, even on another server (if so, which one ?) Anything that you can put forward in your application, that would make us chose you over someone else!

Knowing and mastering everything isn't required! You will join a team of people with their own set of skills: diversity is a good thing! When you send your application, the email must necessarily have: In the subject, the proper expansion tag: [BFA] / [Legion] / [MOP] Your discord account username & tag. Example: Discord#1234 All of your Firestorm account emails Your forum account name The more information and details you provide, the better! It shows involvement, but also helps us evaluate your potential as individual, and within the team.
Telling us that you're motivated in two lines probably won't work out: we expect to get to know you a little bit when reading your application. To get some insight on you, your personnal experience and knowledge!
Your application will be reviewed and we will send you an email back with our answer, usually within a week. If it gets accepted we will contact you directly on discord to proceed with a voice interview in order to get to know each other better!

International Moderator Recruitment 04/27/21
Greetings, The Firestorm Team is currently looking for Forum and Discord Moderators to reinforce its ranks. It is possible to apply for one of the two platforms only. Who are we, what are our jobs? The moderators are the people mainly in charge of monitoring the Firestorm forum and the International rooms on the public Discord. They have almost no power in game and will never intervene in game (except in very exceptional cases). They monitor the forum in terms of its content, moderate, warn and sanction people who do not respect the rules. They also provide assistance to players and respond to those who encounter problems. A minimum of information is to be provided when applying. It goes without saying that two lines to say that you are motivated will not be enough.
We expect from you in this application an expression and development of your experiences / knowledge / personal information. If your application interests us, you will be contacted automatically by Discord or by email for a possible interview and then a test period will follow, the duration of which will depend entirely on you. Please indicate your firestorm account email as well as your nickname on the forum and that of discord so that we can look at your background and your behavior there.
Are required in your application: Be 16 years of age or older. Impeccable spelling. Know how to use a forum correctly. A minimum of knowledge on WoW. Being able to keep your cool, have rigor, regularity and autonomy. Discord & a functional microphone to facilitate intra-staff communication. Will be a plus for your application: Relatively wide schedules. Have already been a moderator on other forums or other discords (if so, indicate which ones). And what you may find interesting to highlight. Please indicate your nickname on the forum and that of discord so that we can look at your background and your behavior there. Some people actually miss this realm and they wish it was back to its old days when it had alot of people, and i guess there isnt alot can be done but now its honestly dead and there is no no connection to the cross server for weeks now, and a GM told me they are not fixing WOD Related, And there isnt even a Developers on WOD, so i guess its time to say good bye to WOD?

Greetings, there is currently an issue on your WoD server where it says "There is no connection to the cross-server" whenever anybody tries to queue 2v2,3v3,bg,rbg or anything. We cannot even send tickets to GMs. I see nobody has reported this issue but funnily enough players have enough time to report players, sad times we live in. Thanks in advance.

The current season on our WoD realm will end on Wednesday, July 31st, 2019 at 10:00 AM (server time). The new season will begin on the same day and last approximately 6 months. Conquest points will be reset when setting up the new season. The award distribution will happen at the same time and only available for 2v2 since the 3v3 ladder was inactive. The rewards will be distributed to 2v2. Here are the level of rewards: Top 1 to 7 (minimum 2200 rating): Primal Gladiator, http://wowhead.com/achievement=9232 and the mount http://wowhead.com/item=128277. Top 8 to 15 (minimum 2100 rating): Gladiator, http://wowhead.com/achievement=9239 and the mount http://wowhead.com/item=128277. Top 16 to 30 (minimum 2000 rating): Duelist, http://wowhead.com/achievement=9240. Top 31 to 50 (minimum 1900 rating): Rival and http://wowhead.com/achievement=9241. Top 51 to 75 (minimum 1800 rating): Challenger and http://wowhead.com/achievement=9242. We will also be banning and removing players who have been win-trading during this season. Please remember that you must have at least 50 matches during this season in order to be eligible for rewards. Good luck and congratulations to all participants.

avrei una curiosità, ho ripreso a giocare dopo molto tempo e lasciando da parte che i miei vecchi personaggi hanno perso tutto, (quando sono loggata non avevo più neanche una moneta, nessuna cavalcatura e riding skills) ho deciso di tiprendere uno dei pg che avevo sul reame sethrallis. ne avrei altri 3 su gul'dan e volevo chiedere se fosse possibile trasferirli su sethraliss, è possibile?

So, here is a guide on how to fix the 114 Error that the players are getting on the WoD realm, recently. This error means there is a problem relating to the auth server. It either means that the auth server itself is having issues or that you are missing some files (or something happened to those files) that are needed for the auth server. This guide focuses on the second issue which is the case, currently. If you are having this issue that means something happened to your bnet auth files or that you just downloaded the torrent only without using the launcher. Here is how you fix this. It is really simple. Download and use the latest version of the launcher and launch it, then login using your details. When you go into the main screen, close the launcher. That is it. You do not need the launcher, anymore. You can launch using wow exe files. Why does this work? It is because the launcher downloads the required bnet auth files. If something happens to your bnet auth files, the launcher grabs them for you. Still cannot connect? Do the following: Go to this folder: C:\Users\All Users Find the folder named Blizzard Entertainment within the above folder. Delete the Blizzard Entertainment folder. Launch the Firestorm Launcher and log in with your details. Wait until you see the main screen, then quit the launcher (if you want) You can now log in without issues. You can backup this Blizzard Entertainment folder in case something happens to it in the future, so you can restore it without using the launcher. I do not know what happened to my bnet auth files, personally. Though, I assume they have changed in some way. Maybe, updated??? Who knows. Anyway, using this solution I was able to log back into the game. If any moderator want to merge this guide into the main connection guide, feel free to do it. P.S. If anyone is still having issues even after using my guide. Please let me know here. Though, please do not skip any of the steps.
