      Hello, Thank you for reporting this issue! I understand you’re experiencing a bug where you’re placed in a different instance when entering a dungeon, with no timer, no visibility of other players, and a barrier that doesn’t disappear. Additionally, after relogging, you're stuck in a loading screen, eventually returning to Valdrakken. This sounds like an instance-related issue where the server might not be correctly associating you with the dungeon group, causing this desynchronization. Here are a few steps to try to resolve the issue: 1. Leave the Dungeon and Requeue If possible, try leaving the dungeon completely by typing /leave in the chat or through the Group Finder window. Then, requeue for the dungeon to attempt entering a fresh instance. 2. Reset the Dungeon Instance To reset the dungeon instance and clear any instance-related bugs, exit the game, log out for a few minutes, and then re-enter the game. This should trigger the server to load the dungeon correctly. 3. Clear Cache and WTF Folders Sometimes, corrupted data in your Cache or WTF folders can cause issues with dungeons. Follow these steps: Exit the game completely. Navigate to your game directory and rename the Cache, Interface, and WTF folders (e.g., CacheOld, InterfaceOld, WTFOld). Restart the game and re-enter the dungeon. 4. Test with Another Character or Group To ensure the issue is not specific to your current character, try entering the dungeon with another character. If the issue persists, it could be an account-specific bug. If the issue doesn’t occur with another character, it might help to reset your quest progression or leave your group and rejoin it. 5. Known Dungeon Issues If this is happening only in a specific dungeon, it may be a known issue with the dungeon’s instance scripting.         The event is wonderful, everything was done perfectly, as they say, you can’t easily pull a fish out of a pond, but there’s a problem with the rewards for Echoes of Reality, I really want to get transmog kits, but I can’t because I need to play for different classes to open access to transmog, I only play for one character, I’ve never played for others and I don’t want to, is it possible that you will add any other types of transmogrifications to players, who play only one character at all times ?!
