      Greetings @ErBosS, We value the time and work put into creating this report. Like I said in your previous report, it is not against the rules to leave a Mythic Keystone Dungeon Group because the party members did not get along or work well together. However, because of their offensive remarks in the party chat, the player was punished. When supplying screenshots as proof of a player complaint, please be sure to include one or more that are adequately sized and show the complete screen. Nevertheless, we are still appreciative of your report and your efforts to make our Firestorm community better.  Best Regards,

      Hello @emilia7 There could be many reasons this service isnt offered. Firestorm team has chosen the services they have for one reason or another. Keep in mind this is a free service as well, so you do not need to pay. However, if you do want to support firestorm it will need to be with one of the ways already offered. Best Regards,

      Need help moving my char to valdrakken

      Hello @Shademan Unfortunately this is not a service we offer. You can only transfer characters up to our Legion realm. I would recommend logging into the website and check under your deleted character section to make sure you didnt delete it at one time. Also, there is a good chance you may be mistaken on the account the character resides on.  If you are having additional issues locating the character please create a support ticket here for further assistance.       Shadowlands quest bugged?

      Greetings @Malerlos I would highly recommend the addon BTWQuests. This addon is great when you are stuck on a quest or chain. It helps you get back on track. If you are still having issues. please submit an in-game ticket for Game Master Assistance. They should be able to assist you on getting on the right track. The main campaign for the shadowlands timeline is what we suggest leveling through to 60, so please submit an in-game ticket if you are still unable to proceed in leveling. Best Regards,
