      Greetings @mariuskaraa We value the time and work put into creating this report. After examining your report, it was discovered that there was not enough evidence against the players in question to determine if they were in fact scamming. As a result of this we will deny this report. When completing trades with other players there is always a risk. However, steps are in place to help mitigate these issues. In the future please make sure that the item is what you are trading for before pressing the accept trade acknowledgement. When sending proof of scamming, a video is preferable over a screenshot since it allows us to view the scenario more clearly. Make sure the video is not too short and of high quality. You can always file a forum complaint, but make sure that any additional reports you file contain the required proof (screenshots or video) video in this type of situation of the infraction you're accusing the player of. Please ensure that any video you send is long enough to confirm this.  Nevertheless we are appreciative of your report and your efforts to make our Firestorm community better. Best Regards,
