      Greetings @gys, We value the time and work put into creating this report. After examining your report, it was discovered that the evidence that you submitted were insufficient. The player was already punished by losing rating for leaving the match as seen from the video you provided. As a result of this we will disregard and deny this report.  You can always file a forum complaint, but make sure that any additional reports you file contain the required proof (screenshots or video) of the infraction you're accusing the player of. Please ensure that any screenshots you submit as evidence are full sized and show the entire screen. If you are submitting a conversation as evidence, please make sure to submit it in its entirety.  Nevertheless we are appreciative of your report and your efforts to make our Firestorm community better.       Greetings @gys, We appreciate the time and effort put into producing this report. The player in question were AFK during the solo shuffle match, according to the carefully scrutinized video you included with your report. The player were already penalized for their behavior.  We truly regret the player from our community's inappropriate behavior.
