      Greetings, @Donald3! We appreciate your time writing this report.

      The player you have shown us in the screenshot is definitely behaving inappropriately and we will not tolerate someone offending another player. We may assure you that player has been taken care of.

      The best response to such situations is to hit the /ignore PlayerName function, so the player would not be able to contact you again. Certainly do not reply to any toxic comments in your whispers.

      Reporting such toxic behaviour helps us to make Firestorm server friendly and non-toxic. We appreciate your effort.

After viewing the uncropped/unedited evidence we have came to the conclusion that the player indeed has broken our rules and therefore will be punished. We strongly advise that after reporting a player you use the built in ignore function. Best regards,
