After 2 seasons, and a new season starting, solo shuffle situation is keep going worst. In the first season, problems were easier to deal with, we were all enjoying the new expansion, playerbase was nearly 8k, everything was fine. We had faster queues, people were trying their best, and the only issue about pvp were donners and bugs. No problem with that, it's a private server, it's ok. Second season came and people already lose the faith to get gladiator after knowing it was bugged in 2s, and in solo shuffle it was pretty impossible to get for people who were not in a particular guild. Queue's became longer, and at the middle of the season, people already lost all his faith, and bad behaviours show up. There are a lot of reports already about wintraders, people leaving so the other team lose more rating than them (this is also called sniping). Season ended with more reports of wintrading than any other season. Seriously, i have been playing here for a lot of years, a lot of seasons, and this time, i saw a lot of reports. You can search for them in the forum. New season came, and everybody expected the same corrections that were made in retail. At least a single fix to this. But nothing changed, indeed, it came worst. I'm not complaining about queue time, we can deal with 1 hour queue. What we can't deal with is, after one hour queue, lobbies are horrible. After one year of this expansion, with this new feature, we have, still, a problem with MMR. We have, still, healers with 0 rating, fighting against dps's with more than 200+ mmr. And i say "more than 200+ mmr" cause, as long as i know, 200 is the maximum difference to match mmr. This means, healers with 0 experience, will face people with glad experience. This means, people will suffer to play (remember this is a game, to have fun, right). So people will leave. And, after 3 seasons, people already know they wont lose ANYTHING if they lose. And dps will have to wait an hour to get a new queue. So dps decides to report cause, they are not having fun neither. Anwser of the staff? Staff doesn't know that, if someone leaves, they can't even see the final stats panel. Aparently we can't see how many games we did. Also, i suppose there are tools to check what happened, exactly, in a game, right? I guess its not worth the time. People in retail lose -150 rating, and -150 or -200 mmr if they leave. Here, if you are higher CR, you will lose more rating that the one who leaves first. Magic. This is just a little recap of my invalid reports. Not blaming the staff, don't take me wrong, but i think they don't play the game, or they don't do pvp at all. Anyone who's reading this, can go to the report section and check by themselves how many reports are there about solo shuffle. Pvp scenario is dying. 2v2 is almost dead, with 2 teams fighting each other till one of them get tired, and decides to leave, so the team who keep playing will have to wait until someone else plays (this at high mmr) 3v3 depends on people calling for people to queue, cause if not, there are no queues. RBG depends on guilds who, as in 3s, have to call to other guilds to queue for a single game. You can imagine how easy it is to wintrade now. As the result of this, there's solo shuffle, wich is pretty active, and theres a lot of players playing it. So, to keep ranked pvp allive, you guys, as staff, should be trying to keep it playable. Copy Blizzard decisions, do something. My sugesiton: everyone who leaves the arena before an end, lose 200 mmr AND rating. That way, they will think twice if they want to queue, if they want to grief, if they want to troll, or if they want to leave. People will assume it's ok if they lose rating because they had to leave earlier. And, people who actually plays, will no longer fear to wait one hour to play, for a 2 minutes game and -10 because someone else left. Corrections to the MMR system would be good too, but i guess thats impossible. I don't know. At the end of the day this kind of stuff doesn't matter. There's also donners who plays pve, so you guys dont lose anything if pvp finally dies. But i think it will be good for the server if something changes. A pretty simple thing. 1 year, 3 seasons, and nothing changed. I'll leave screenshots of what happened the last 2 days, so you guys can see what's the feeling to play this.

There is serious problem with solo shuffle mmr system and conquest rewards. You know this is private server there is not enough population so in order to get a pop we have to wait more than 30+ minutes at around 2k rating and imagine 2.1k+ 2.2k+... Even with that que time when it finds a match we have to fight aganist low ranked players as can be seen in the example in the screenshot, even though I won 4/6 which means I won 3 win good healer and carried the bad low ranking healer, I got "-2" rating and "0" conquest. This is like a joke and must be fixed. This is not retail so there is not enough player that we can have fairmatch, that shouldnt make us lose ratings like it was in retail. If there is too much mmr difference we must get mmr protection. I've won more than 3+ and carried that guy got 4/6 win and still lost rating, thats wrong.

Sup y'all, I'm Dustti and I'm going to quickly share with you all some of the issues regarding the pvp portion of the game on the server. I'm all for quick gains in rating when you beat better players, but ever since the new mmr system has been added where there's a 300MMR cutoff present you cannot get a single que if you're high mmr. This cutoff is resulting in the decay of high rated players, having 2.5 mmr means you can only get people who are 2.2 mmr, which seems fine on paper but in reality if you're a 2.5 player with 2.7 MMR you won't get a queue pop until a team with combined 2.4 mmr joins the queue. Resulting in the top rating on the server since the start of the season being 2587(2nd of june). The pvp situation is dreadful, you can't even do the 5 weekly wins to not decay if you're in top 20. >> Possible solution would be removing mmr cutoff completely and reverting to the old system, cause I think most of the players would agree that even winning and gaining +0 is better than sitting in a 20 hour queue without doing anything so you can actually stream your games xDDDD.
