  5. Hello @antta, You can find more information about this error in our knowledge base here. Look for a file named "CASrepair.msk" in your wow > data > data folder. Delete it, once done restart your game. If this does not fix your problem, please respond to this ticket. Take care, Looic, INT Support

S'il répond aux exigences, ouvrez le jeu, cliquez sur "Paramètres", et vérifiez si le jeu utilise la correcte carte graphique. Vous pouvez également redémarrer votre routeur pour voir si cela cause des problèmes. Si rien de ce qui précède ne fonctionne, utilisez un VPN pour voir si cela résout le problème. This will teleport you back to your hearthstone and hopefully fix the issue. If it does not, please follow this guide on our support website right here. First solution: Close your game Delete the following folders: Cache, Interface, and WTF Defragment your hard drive and check its condition Test your game Second solution: Clean your registers with Glary Utilities.   10. Hello @Twitch1, It is quite possible that on Sylvanas, our Legion realm doesn't allow that script to properly function as it is supposed to in retail. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Hello @Dan0SvK, You can always do the quests from the older zones though it is not that recommended since you can encounter a lot of issues with quests not properly scripted/not scripted at all. For Shadowlands, It is recommended to level up in the BFA zones since it offers the best player experience. If you're talking about changing the XP rates of your character, you cannot do that unfortunately in Oribos, our Shadowlands realm.   13. Hello @Necroid, There already is a way to track each player's Mythic+ rating and that is by checking them in-game and there isn't really that big of a need to check it outside of the game. You can always track the top Mythic+ runs done this week by checking them here: Firestorm. This isn't a big need to publicly share the data for everyone to see so it is unlikely that this will happen.   15. Hello @iakovillas, To remove bugged debuffs, you can unstuck your character on our website right here and it should remove the issue. As an attempt to fix any bugged quests, you can remove the quest, close the game, delete your cache folder in the game files, open your game, disable all of your addons, then retake the quest. If this doesn't solve it, then making an in-game ticket is the way to fix it by getting help from an online Game Master. To do that, log in with your character, click on escape in the top left of your keyboard, click support and a ticketing interface will show up.   18. Hello @StixOG, We always give players 30 minutes heads-up before we do a scheduled server restart with the reason for the restart. When there's no message, then it's a crash. If it's one crash it shouldn't be that big of an issue but if it's multiple crashes, then a hotfix will likely happen to prevent that.   19. Hello @Spellmakerniar, If you unstuck your character from our website right here: Firestorm it will fix some underlying issues for your character. Low damage/resistance is not likely to happen to a certain character and a character unstuck should fix these issues. For the transmog issue, try disabling all your addons, deleting the cache folder in your game files, then opening the game again and it will hopefully fix your problems. Hello @Moonedge, Our realms mostly focus on the current content of that realm (for example Oribos, our Shadowlands realm focuses on Shadowlands content, Sethraliss focuses on BFA content, and so on). However, that doesn't mean that older content does not exist in that realm. For that reason, it is recommended to play on Oribos since it has the best combination of old content and current content and it also has the highest amount of average players. Here you can find a list of the raids/dungeons that are working in Oribos right here: [Oribos] List of available instances. That being said, you can always go back to an older realm to farm mounts, and other collectibles and they will be available for you in Oribos. Note that the characters that you make in older expansions cannot be transferred to Oribos, as they are separated. Again this is dependent on your personal preference.     Hello @ToroSensei, You should be able to transmogrify your helmet by going to the trasmog NPC, clicking the helmet slot, then selecting the very first appearance (it should be an empty appearance).   25. Hello @Zoldi, Sylvanas, our Legion realm is considered a legacy server. That means that updates and changes are likely to not happen on it unless they are urgent/game-breaking.
