  2. Hello, Thank you all for reaching out to Firestorm Support. To the people having trouble with the launcher on Windows, please follow these steps: First option: Close the launcher and then open it again. Second option: Go to the Firestorm folder C:\Program Files (x86)\FirestormLauncher Click on FirestormUpdater.exe Wait 10 minutes Launch the Firestorm launcher if it is not launched. Third option: Uninstall the launcher Install it again Launch the launcher Wait 10 minutes. Fourth option: Restart your computer Go to the Firestorm folder C:\Program Files (x86)\FirestormLauncher Delete the "bearer" and "updating" folder Launch the Firestorm launcher Wait 10 minutes. Now, to the people having trouble with the launcher on Mac, please follow these options: Right click on FirestormLauncher Choose "Show package contents". Open the Terminal In the Contents/MacOS folder. Select and drop FirestormLauncher to the Terminal. Press ENTER. Please check the options for the respective operation system and be patient. Whenever trying to merge your Freakz account with your Firestorm account, please make sure that you are submitting the accurate email address, otherwise you might end up transferring them elsewhere, which would be irreversible. More information regarding the merge itself can be found following this topic. The steps are as it follows: Create a Firestorm account. If you have an account, simply log in, without creating another one. Press on 'My account' on the top right corner. I have noticed several queries about the quest you mentioned within our bugtracker, however, the quest is working, and it appears that most of the players are getting stuck on the optional objective. You should simply collect three shards and the quest itself would complete. In case it doesn't complete, simply go to the shard that's located in the altar in the center.
