    Thanks for bringing Boris back, I am trying to lvl all my alts to 120 so a 110 boost is really helpful, I just got one question though, Will Boris only boost players lvl 10 and below? and if so, does that mean all the allied races are unboostable? Please make it so that allied races are boostable too
