I'm having this error the whole day. What is the problem? My internet is running smoothly.

I am trying to finish ICC for the mount and title. I tried doing 10-man and 25-man but both won't give me clearance whenever I killed blood prince council or give me entrance to lich king even if I get the achievement killing the council. Only bosses I couldn't kill are Professor Pruticide and doing gunship battle. What am I doing wrong?
