Can't complete Alterac Valley quest

I can't complete Alterac Valley quest. It's the second time that this happens and I've allready lost 500 Conquest points.

I need some help.

they wont fix the quest so players keep suffering get on with it

There is nothing to fix, this quest is a ONE-TIME quest but even after u complete it once, u get quest trigger activated on coming to AV, so it gets added to log AGAIN.

Its not like WG weekly.
