cannot start chapter 7 of night fae

Hello guys, i'm trying to start the chapter 7 of the night fae covenant. Ysera should be the quest giver, buy she is not giving me the quest. I have already reached the covenant level required for unlocking it, so i don't know what to do.

Nothing, sadly only 6 first chapters work

as the player above already wrote, only 6 out of the 9 chapters of each covenant questline are available.
