Posted December 13, 2022 Yesterday, I instantly leveled my mage to 60 from Boris, there was a loading screen, my game crashed, I logged back into my account and now my mage is gone. I have tried to contact admins through Discord and have made a ticket and there is still no contact from an admin 24 hours later. I have not a clue who else to get in contact with becasue idk any other way and I would like to talk to an admin so I can ge tmy mage back. I will NOT make another account so i can just play a mage, I will like to play on my account with my 2 other characters and have fun but I have not heard from an admin at at all and I do not know if the ticket system works at all.
