Yesterday, I instantly leveled my mage to 60 from Boris, there was a loading screen, my game crashed, I logged back into my account and now my mage is gone. I have tried to contact admins through Discord and have made a ticket and there is still no contact from an admin 24 hours later. I have not a clue who else to get in contact with becasue idk any other way and I would like to talk to an admin so I can ge tmy mage back. I will NOT make another account so i can just play a mage, I will like to play on my account with my 2 other characters and have fun but I have not heard from an admin at at all and I do not know if the ticket system works at all. Can an admin PLEASE help me?

I had a mage that I instantly leveled to 60 after talking to Boris, then there was a loading screen, the game crashed I logged back in and my mage was gone. I cannot boost another toon, I have tried to talk to a few people on the FIrestorm Discord and I have not had this issue resolved. I need someone to talk to to see if I can get my mage back becasue i do not feel like making another account just to play as a mage while the account i have, has my paladin and warrior on it. I would really like to get a hold of a game master, a dev or an admin of some sort please.
