Exposing Firestorm of how corrupted and unethical it is towards its playerbase

Hello everyone.
Today we doing a little exposure of how corrupted and unethical Firestorm is towards it's playerbase
First, a little throwback when I got banned for using an item that's not in my loot table

On the end of the ban reason, it says I need to PM the admin Pantouffle, alright let's have a little chat

He says I used an item that "wasn't in my loot table" and got punished for that. Fair enough.
But also he "just" knows I abused it. Wonder how. I tried asking for proof, but just as I expected, he provided no proof regarding that. That clearly means anyone else who abused similar thing, will face the same consequences? Like this guy:

Or maybe the admin will simply look at the countless reports made about that same person with actual proofs? Keep in mind, that hunter is also part of the QA:

Guess what? 2 years go by and this person somehow keeps getting away with it. Wonder how.
 
 Anyways let's move on to the latest incident and show how biased and unethical the admins really are.
I notice Pantouffle's friend circle wintrading in arenas and one of them (the rogue) having 10k more hp (67k) compared to a rogue with the same ilvl. I've provided more than enough evidence for them to receive any sort of punishment. Also keep in mind, games can be checked on the website and in-game from a Spectator NPC, where you can clearly see that the games lasted no more than 2minutes and the players were just jumping around in circles pressing random buttons. A multi r1 players, who somehow played worse than a player who touches PvP for the first time for more than 10 games in a row? Hmmm.
I've also went in the trouble of making a TLDR of how if this report gets marked as invalid and no actual reason is provided as to why, it will show how totally biased the staff members are when it comes to taking care of their friends.

The following day, a counter report has been posted with one of the players trying to justify everything and play the victim role by providing 1 discord message of me. According to the guidelines, reports like that are immediately deemed invalid, as they are waste of time and provide little to no evidence (since that's outside of the game and their official discord server). On top of that, one of the tournament organizers( https://imgur.com/a/TGC7DXX )threatens with Doxxing and Ddosing if someone ever tries to do something against their friend circle. P.S notice how they quickly edited the announcement removing the involved staff members as soon as the drama unveiled.
Alright, I quickly messaged one of the head GM's providing all the necessary information regarding that.

Surely, something will be done about that...eventually.....right? Well, no. Instead me and my all my friends accounts get permanent suspension for being involved in IRL information leak and lying to the gamemasters? https://imgur.com/a/vvd0eoK . As the cherry on the cake, an admin named Mieri responded to my report addressing only the TLDR part of how biased they are. That's the same person who says this to her QA members. Totaly unbiased right?

I've tried talking with the same admin Pantouffle, explaining the whole situation ( https://imgur.com/a/dDOWEBj ), but as always everyone who reports these staff members are bunch of liars, and they get punished instead. When asked to show proof for ban, I get this response: https://imgur.com/a/KC6YKBg
By that logic, "Report a Staff member" shouldn't exists on the forums ( https://forum.firestorm-servers.com/us/index.php?/topic/37911-international-reporting-a-staff-member/ ) because it will only lead the person reporting it, to get immediate suspension for "lying" to the staff
It's funny how the admins are trying so hard to cover up everything regarding their QA/GM friend circle when it comes to abuse, harassing etc. and call any player who dares to report them batshit crazy conspiracy liars.
 
And now as a closing statement. For anyone who's still wondering why classes on Firestorm remain buggy and unplayable for so long, and nothing has been done? Well, some QA's actually do their job and have reported countless of bugs and spells, but the reports get ignored and even shadow closed, because it affects the class of someone in the staff who's actively abusing it. This is also the reason why PvP is dead dry and people actively refund everything they have donated on Firestorm. I don't get it how the admins haven't figured out yet that majority of their income comes from PvP players who pick a quick shortcut by just donating and instantly rolling into arenas. On top of that, the only PvP tournament they decided to make, is led by the same people who wintrade/threaten and abuse and has a cash prize of just 200$ split between 2 players as the first prize, compared to the PvE MDI cash prize of 7000$. Total circus.
Of course, you don't need to take my words about everything, anyone can simply log into the server and go to durotar/elwynn forest or just pay attention in global_en to see how frustrated people are with Firestorm, it's staff members and them being incompetent about anything related to PvP.

At the end, the admins refused to give out the rewards, because one player who streamed the tournament criticized them once by saying "Firestorm needs better Devs for PvP". You can't even talk to anyone from staff to explain the situation because they will call you a liar or completely ignore you. Too lazy to do their own research. Surely this isn't the reason why firestorm is dead dry lol

Greetings everyone,

Before closing this wall of insults and accusations not backed up by anything tangible, I thought I'd write a few lines on behalf of the whole "corrupted staff".

Our goal as "the staff" is to ensure every player can enjoy the game without encountering any troublesome behavior, or unfairness. It has never been to punish, which we try to resort to last.
Unfortunately, a few players like being at the center of attention, even if that means being so for the wrong reasons: repeated rule breaks of various kinds, taunts to players / the staff, abuse or abuse attempts among worse ones like private information leaks or real-life threats. 

When you are a victim or witness to any kind of harassment we do encourage not to reply to it, take untainted evidence and send them to us so we can then act appropriately, with the final goal being to protect players and make sure this doesn't happen again. It is and has never been to simply punish for the sake of punishing.

There's no point trying to answer every one of your accusations made in bad faith, as you're excluding the parts that don't support your version. You can think not providing proof is the equivalent of an absence of them, which would simply be another delusion. At this point, one more or less doesn't really matter anyway.

However, we can assure you and everyone else reading this that the Firestorm Staff only executes punishments on players when the evidence shows the guilt of the player beyond any doubt. We do not disclose any player information, and evidence provided to us is handled discretely. We respect the privacy of all of our players, and to ensure this, we have rules in place to prevent any sharing of player information, including evidence provided against other players. All of that information is purely used inside of the staff team to assess the situation and document the violation. We do not, and will not, extend any favoritism to any members of our staff. This includes QAs, GMs, Developers or Admins. If one of the members of our staff breaks the rules, he is treated similar to a player, additionally to any possible repercussions in regards to his position.

You can pretend to be innocent, part of a vast conspiracy in which admins defend their "friends", claiming they're the reason the server is becoming "dry": no one forces you to play here. If you truly believe us to be corrupted you're free to leave us. But years and years of drama, being "known" on Firestorm must give you a sense of pride that forces you to stay it seems.

No doubt this won't be the end of the story and that we'll hear from you again: we won't chase you as long as you uphold the rules. But we're watching, making sure our whole player base can enjoy our realms without being annoyed - or worse - by people who do not have an ounce of respect.
