do firestorm let us transfer character from legion or mop to shadowlands?

if not then why and will have in shadowlands working green fire questline for warlock pls? what i remmember it was bugged on legion and bfa... needed create warlock on mop do the quest and transfer to legion

and mainly will be SL pve or pvp realm?
