Servers and XP rates info pls?

I looked around but couldnt find this info can anybody give me the idea? servers and xp info, thank you

BFA- Sethraliss (1 to 3 xp rates)
Legion- Sylvanas (1 to 3 xp rates)
Legion- Greymane (PvP realm instant 110)
WoD- Gul'dan (1 to 5 xp rates)
MoP- Garrosh(1 to 5 xp rates)
Cataclysm- Deathwing (Not too sure, still should be 1 to 5 xp rates though)
WoTLK- Icecrown(Same as above)
