Posted June 6, 2017 I have Charter internet in the United States, and they're known to be sticklers about illegal torrenting and whatnot. So, is it ok to torrent the Legion files (or any other expansion for that matter), or is that illegal/not allowed? I would rather not have to download through direct links if I can help it. Thank you.
Posted June 6, 2017 Seeding World of Warcraft game files is not against the law. They can freely be downloaded and shared by anyone.

Posted June 7, 2017 (edited) When you are finished downloading the torrent, then delete this file: Interface/FrameXML/SecureCapsule.lua delete this folder: Interface/Addons/Blizzard_StoreUI This fixes not being able to trade or mail gold or items to your alts, or anybody ingame. You find details and explanation in the bugtracker:https://firestorm-servers.com/en/report/see_report/40820#report_message_136386 Also, rightclick the game folder, uncheck the readonly flag and press Apply / Ok. uTorrent makes it readonly, and causes the "CAS failed to initialize issue": Edited July 10, 2017 by Dallaryen removed Interface/Addons/Blizzard_GMChatUI, this should not be deleted
