  1. INDEX πŸ‘‰ RAID πŸ‘‰ DUNGEONS πŸ‘‰ MYTHIC+ πŸ‘‰ ZONES πŸ‘‰ CLASSES πŸ‘‰ PvP πŸ‘‰ PROFESSIONS πŸ‘‰ REPUTATIONS πŸ‘‰ SCENARIOS πŸ‘‰ CHICKENCOW Greetings, players! It's finally coming! The official release of the Dragonflight live realm, Valdrakken, will open its doors to everyone on Monday, December 11th! The time to spread your wings and explore the Dragon Isles is finally coming! It's been in development for over a year now and in Beta status for 2 months, but it's finally in a state where we can confidentially say it's stable and with lots and lots of content, since pretty much the entire patch has been scripted and implemented! The time spent on the Closed and Open Beta paid off, and we want to thank everyone who supported us by reporting issues and causing crashes on the realms, helping us identify them, and fixing them! Of course, and as we always do, every character from Oribos will be copied over to Dragonflight on December 9th, 2023. However, to keep a healthy economy and give a chance to new players, a few limitations will be applied in terms of gold and tradeable items. The gold on the characters will be limited to 1.000 gold coins per character over level 30. Lower-level characters or deleted characters will have their gold set to 0. The gold on the mailbox will be deleted. The auction houses will end and return to the mailbox automatically, and the guild banks will be emptied (items and gold). This is not a start from scratch! We will be giving a special and unique reward for those players who connect during the first week of release of Dragonflight (December 11th - December 18th), so don't forget to connect in time and get yours as well! More info at the bottom! Similarly to what we did with the Development Blog, we will describe every feature of the new expansion, what to expect from it, and how extensive it'll be. Unless we specify the contrary, each described feature will be 100% implemented and should work as intended! Enjoy! πŸ‘ˆ Back πŸ‘ˆ - ☝️ Index ☝️ - πŸ‘‰ Next πŸ‘‰ RAID - VAULT OF THE INCARNATES The first raid of the expansion introduced 8 new bosses with new systems. The raid will not be available during launch, but it will be open a week later alongside Season 1 (December 18th, 2023). When it becomes available, every difficult mode except Mythic will be available. "The Primalists breached the Titan prison used to hold the Incarnates for millennia. Within, Raszageth performs a foul ritual to unleash her siblings, so together they can purge the world of the Titans' influence. The champions of Azeroth must assault this impregnable fortress and break their defences to end this threat. While many could fall, defeat condemns all the realms to the Incarnates' reign of fire and blood." Vault of the Incarnates (guide): Wing 1 - The Primal Bulwark Eranog, Primal Commander: He leads his Primalist forces with a combination of brutal attacks and cunning strategies. This boss consists of a normal phase with a few mechanics (limiting the amount of space your raid can use, as well as spawning some enemies), followed by a short intermission which serves as a damage check, allowing your raid to create a safe corridor from marching fire elementals. Dathea, Ascended: She is the fifth boss in the raid. Dathea has mastery over the storm and will attempt to kill players using various winds, tornadoes, and knockback effects. The Primal Council (Embar Firepath, Opalfang, Kadros Icewrath, and Dathea Stormlash): This encounter consists of four different bosses, each having mastery over a different element. During the fight, all 4 bosses will attack at the same time, and one of the mechanics will be using the bosses' own abilities to fight other bosses. Wing 2 - Caverns of Infusion Kurog Grimtotem: This is the sixth boss of the raid. The boss offers a unique fight because his abilities change depending on which part of the encounter area he is in. The room is split into 5 sections, with the outside 4 sections being split equally into Flame, Frost, Earth, and Storm. The centre section is an elemental convergence which the boss will jump to during the intermission, but he cannot be tanked in the centre during the regular phases due to quickly ramping raid damage. Sennarth, the Cold Breath: Being the fourth boss, the fight revolves around having to survive the boss' attempts to pull players off the ledge or encase them in webs before reaching the final platform. The final platform itself is a race against time to defeat the boss before the raid is overwhelmed. Terros: The second boss of the raid, it will always be in the centre of the room and cannot be moved. Terros' key ability is a huge hit that needs to be soaked by the raid and spawns rock pillars that must be destroyed by the tank. Each time it reaches 100 energy, Terros will obliterate a quarter of the room, making it inaccessible and putting a time limit on the encounter. Wing 3 - Fury of the Storm Broodkeeper Diurna: The seventh and second to last boss. This encounter takes place in a room filled with unhatched eggs protected by her and her Primalist Reinforcements. The main objective will be to prevent the eggs from hatching and defeating the enemies before getting overwhelmed. Raszageth the Storm-Eater: The last and main boss of the entire raid, featuring a three-phased fight with two intermissions. Raszageth has several storm and lightning-themed abilities that will try to kill players before they can defeat her. During the intermissions, your raid will be fighting various reinforcements summoned by Raszageth to weaken the Vault of the Incarnates. πŸ‘ˆ Back πŸ‘ˆ - ☝️ Index ☝️ - πŸ‘‰ Next πŸ‘‰ DRAGONFLIGHT DUNGEONS The 8 new dungeons of Dragonflight will be available as soon as the realm opens, providing the first reliable and extensive PvE content of the expansion. Algeth'ar Academy (guide): It is a legendary place of higher learning for all dragons, where they share their history and knowledge. Though it fell dormant with the rest of the Dragon Isles, it has recently reopened and is back under the guidance of Headteacher Doragosa. Vexamus: This is the first boss, summoned by Professor Maxdormu as a lesson brought to life. Overgrown Ancient: The second boss, the result of the abuse of magic done by Professors Mystakria and Ichistrasz. Crawth: Nesting on the sporting grounds of the old academy, Crawth loudly and violently objects to those who would reclaim the space of the Talon Toss Pitch arena. Echo of Doragosa: The last boss is a complex simulacrum of the Headteacher Doragosa, made to take care of any day-to-day tasks and upkeep while the Isles lay dormant. Brackenhide Hollow (guide): The largest gnoll home in the Dragon Isles, yet the wild gnoll settlement holds unspeakable danger. Decay seeps from the Hollow, spreading among the gnoll tribes of the Azure Span and threatening to rot away all life. In the heart of the Hollow lies the leader of the Brackenhide and the knowledge she gleefully shares with her withered kin. Hackclaw's War-Band: This one, and her compatriots, Gashtooth and Tricktotem, have risen up as a deadly War-Band among the Brackenhide. Treemouth: Withered by decay, this once proud ancient has been dubbed Treemouth by the gnolls. Gutshot: This sharpshooting gnoll has mastered the art of hunting, trapping, and killing her prey. Decatriarch Wratheye: She discovered decay magic in her thirst for power and declared herself the Decatriarch after mastering it. She now builds the strength of the Brackenhide by spreading her dark magic among her tribe, so the Tuskarr and all the Azure Span will rot in its wake. Halls of Infusion (guide): Deep beneath Tyrhold, its structure was built upon an ancient wellspring, the waters of which were channelled by Keeper Tyr to feed the Life Pools of the Red Flight. Now that the Dragon Isles have reawakened, Primalist forces have invaded these halls. Have they come to destroy the facility... or to reveal secrets that Tyr left behind? Watcher Irideus: He has performed his duties of protecting and maintaining the Halls of Infusion to perfection... until now. Caught off guard by the Primalists' incursion, he was overwhelmed by the elemental forces they unleashed. Gulping Goliath: Sire to countless generations of hornswogs, the Goliath and his brood have thrived upon the unprocessed waters of the wellspring. Khajin the Unyielding: He Seethes with hatred for Keeper Tyr for tampering with the ancient wellspring beneath Tyrhold. He would see the world freed from the malignant legacy of the Titans... at any cost Primal Tsunami: A primal elemental landscape of unfettered power summoned by Infuser Sariya to restore the world to what it once was. Neltharus (guide): Home of the black dragonflight's hoard and the secrets behind their legendary forging. When the djaradin woke from their slumber, they chose Neltharus as the point of entry for their attack. Chargath, Bane of Scales: He plans their next offensive and awaits with eager anticipation the opportunity to display his expertise. Forgemaster Gorek: He harnesses the igneous power of the massive forge to construct deadly weaponry. Magmatusk: A behemoth of a mammoth bent on sheer destruction, created by an experimental potion gone awry by the djaradin. Warlord Sargha: Leader of the Qalash djaradin. She has been in search of anything that would increase the power of her clan and help take down their draconic enemies. Ruby Life Pools (guide): As the ancestral nesting grounds of the five flights, the Ruby Life Pools is a sacred place. The Red Dragonflight, whose charge it is to nurture all life, protect these pools and the future of all dragonkind to thrive. However, Raszageth and her Primalists have come to steal that future away and infuse their own powers into the sacred pools. Melidrussa Chillworn: She leads the Primalist infusion efforts in the Ruby Life Pools. Kokia Blazehoof: She is in charge of capturing precious eggs from overwhelmed defenders while spreading flame and havoc as she goes. Kyrakka and Erkhart Stormvein: They roam the skies above the Ruby Life Pools, coordinating attacks on the shrine below, while also taking out any interfering dragons. The Azure Vault (guide): Created by Malygos as a place for Sindragosa to catalogue and store away curious magical artefacts he found. Locked away and deserted millennia ago, the Vault has since fallen into disrepair, leaving it vulnerable to attacks from without… and within. Leymor: Born of a humble seedling that Malygos found in a pool of ley energy, the looming giant would surely overrun the entirety of the Azure Vault. Azureblade: She refused to leave when it was sealed, choosing duty over safety. When the blue dragons failed to return, her bitter resignation drove her to eventual madness Telash Greywing: Determined to find the secrets that Sindragosa has been hiding in the Arcane Vault Umbrelskul: unwittingly meddled with raw arcane power millennia ago and riddled with crystalline growths, he was sealed and in a sleeping stasis until now. The Nokhud Offensive (guide): Primalists summon elemental forces, and necromancers command the spirits of legendary centaurs. Beset by enemies, the other Maruuk clans rally. The Nokhud tyrant, Balakar Khan, watches from afar, bellowing commands. Relentless enemy offences will continue until his forces submit. The battlefield awaits. Granyth: He casts his shadow over the plains of Ohn'ahra, appearing as an omen of death and destruction. The Raging Tempest: It's an avatar of the storm coalesced by Balakar's stormcasters. Teera and Maruuk: The spirits of the first matriarch, Teera, and the centaur's greatest warrior, Maruuk, have risen from their graves, resurrected by Ukhel necromancers. Balakar Khan: He is the ruthless leader of Clan Nokhud who wants to seize the Windmother's power. Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr (guide): Uldaman is an ancient Titan vault that was buried deep within the Earth since the world's creation. Dwarven excavations have recently penetrated this forgotten city, releasing the Titans' first failed creations: the Troggs. Some rumours even suggest that the dwarves' stone-skinned ancestors, the earthen, still dwell deep within the city's hidden recesses. The Lost Dwarves: Lured by ancient knowledge, untold riches and worldwide fame, they have spent underground a bit too long, as their scrambled senses are preventing them from recognizing whether someone is friend... or foe. Bromach: Chieftain of the Stonevault Troggs, a brutal bunch who believe that Uldaman's treasures belong to them Sentinel Talondras: She was charged with defending the route to the disc holding Tyr's memories, and is determined to keep the unworthy from laying claim to her maker's legacy. Emberon: Forged by the skilled hands of Keeper Archaedas long ago, he was imbued with the ability to unleash searing flames upon any who seek to plunder the Titans' secrets. Chrono-Lord Deios: He intends for his flight to control the timeways and to usher in the coming of the one true Aspect, whose dominion shall be... Infinite. πŸ‘ˆ Back πŸ‘ˆ - ☝️ Index ☝️ - πŸ‘‰ Next πŸ‘‰ DRAGONFLIGHT MYTHIC+ DUNGEONS Similar to what happens with the raids, the Mythic+ dungeons will not be available until Season 1 starts (on December 18th, 2023). Every Mythic+ dungeon will be available instantly. The same system we saw during Season 4 of Shadowlands will be applied here, where 4 dungeons will be from the current expansion, and the other 4 will be from the previous expansion: Algeth'ar Academy (Dragonflight) (Mythic+ guide) Ruby Life Pools (Dragonflight) (Mythic+ guide) The Azure Vault (Dragonflight) (Mythic+ guide) The Nokhud Offensive (Dragonflight) (Mythic+ guide) Temple of the Jade Serpent (Mists of Pandaria) (Mythic+ guide) Halls of Valor (Legion) (Mythic+ guide) Court of Stars (Legion) (Mythic+ guide) Shadowmoon Burial Grounds (Warlords of Draenor) (Mythic+ guide) During this first season, the Seasonal affix will be Thundering: Enemies have 5% more health. While in combat, players are periodically overcharged with primal power from Raszageth's unending storm. This power comes with great risk, and failure to discharge it quickly can have stunning consequences. Finally, the weekly Valor cap will start at 1500 and increase by 750 weekly. If you need more in-depth information about Mythic+, including Affix Rotation and Item Level rewards, you may check this guide! πŸ‘ˆ Back πŸ‘ˆ - ☝️ Index ☝️ - πŸ‘‰ Next πŸ‘‰ DRAGONFLIGHT ZONES The Dragon Isles bring us new places to explore and have adventures on, and of course, this also includes the starting zone of the new race: The Dracthyr! The Isles also introduce us to many rares, treasures, questlines, and of course, World Bosses! The World Bosses will be implemented when Season 1 starts (on December 18th, 2023) and will follow this weekly rotation: Basrikron (The Waking Shores) β†’ Strunraan (Ohn'ahran Plains) β†’ Bazual (The Azure Span) β†’ Liskanoth (Thaldraszus). You can see more information about them below. The Forbidden Reach (levels 58 - 60): The starting zone of the Dracthyr! It was once fashioned by Neltharion the Earth-Warder himself to be the secret training grounds of the Black Dragonflight and its would-be ultimate soldiers. The Reach has since descended into a broken and deserted landscape, lost to the ravages of time. Those few dragons who remember the island know that it is taboo to visit, as it is a place where something dreadful fell. The Waking Shores (levels 60 - 62): The first zone players see when arriving at the Isles, and the ancestral home of the Red and lack Dragonflights! It also houses 2 of the new dungeons: Ruby Life Pools and Neltharus. It fell dormant after the Dragonflights left their homeland ten thousand years ago. Now, with Azeroth's world-soul revitalized, the awesome primal might of the Shores stirs anew, rousing the dragons' ancient allies and age-old enemies from their long millennia of slumber. This land is stirring with the reawakening of elemental energies. This map also features the World Boss Basrikron: he is significantly heavier than his kin, and as such prefers life on the ground to soaring through the air. His surroundings are his to conquer, and allow him to perfect his craft. Ohn'ahran Plains (level 62 - 65): This is the second zone, home of the Green Dragonflight and the Maruuk Centaur! The dungeon, The Nokhud Offensive, is also located here. Filled with sweeping plateaus, mesas, groves, and valleys abundant with life and named after the Wild God of the Wind, Ohn'ahra, these plains are a viridescent grassland that rises gently upward from the Waking Shores. This map also features the World Boss Strunraan: His presence has been known to make the skies cry, and his tempest electrifies the air and wreaks havoc upon the land. The Azure Span (level 65 - 68): A frigid zone, home of the Blue Dragonflight! It is a zone of snowy peaks, mist-covered forests, and icy tundra. Brackenhide Hollow and The Azure Vault can be found here as well. It stretches from coastal Tuskarr villages through sprawling forest tundra to looming spires of ice and snow. Regal blue dragons once roamed these lands. However, with the passage of time, several tribes of Tuskarr, gnolls, and Furbolg now call these ancient lands their home! This map also features the World Boss Bazual: his special connection to the Plane of Fire allows him to directly siphon power from the Firelands. With the help of the Primalist forces, Bazual is expanding portals to the Firelands in the Azure Span. Thaldraszus (level 68 - 70): The seat of power of the Dragon Aspects and their flights! Also, where the main city is located: Valdrakken! 2 Dragonflight dungeons are located here: Halls of Infusion, Algeth'ar Academy, and the raid of this patch, Vault of the Incarnates! This ten-thousand-year-old Titan technological marvel houses great aqueducts that reach across the valley. It was Tyr who helped the Aspects fight Galakrond, and when they came to settle in the Dragon Isles, it was he who built this facility. This map (inside the Primalist future) also features the World Boss Liskanoth: she oversees the land conquered by the Primalists. Liskanoth's very presence casts a chill down the spine of all who encounter her. If left to continue her conquest, Liskanoth will annihilate all who dare enter Thaldraszus. There will also be a recurrent mechanic in the entire map called Primal Storms, which will become available when Season 1 starts (December 18th, 2023). This introduces players to the Primalist Invasions, which are a new type of event that happens in Dragonflight. Every 3 hours, two Dragon Isles zones will receive a Primalist force invasion in certain areas. The locations are marked with a red X on your Dragon Isles map. Invasions last for 2 hours and there will be no invasions available on the map for 1 hour, giving them an effective 3-hour rotation. There are four types of Invasions that can happen: Storm, Earth, Fire, and Water Primalist invasions. Each invasion fills the area with Primalist NPCs, as well as imbuing already existing NPCs in the area with abilities of the invading element. The invaded area also changes to more closely match the attacking element. The main objectives here are: defeat the enemies and get currency to purchase gear. You will be able to get 2 types of currency: Elemental Overflow (the main currency that drops from Primal Invasion) which drops from almost all mobs in the invasion. Elemental Overflow is used to purchase the Rare quality (ilvl359) gear from invasions, as well as mounts and pets. Storm Sigil (a weekly currency) that can be obtained once per type of invasion per week. Storm Sigils are used to upgrade Rare-quality invasion gear into Epic quality gear (ilvl385). There are many different rewards, achievements and collectible prizes that can be earned from the Primal Storms, so we advise you to check this guide to see all the related information about them! πŸ‘ˆ Back πŸ‘ˆ - ☝️ Index ☝️ - πŸ‘‰ Next πŸ‘‰ CLASSES This new expansion brings heavy rebalancing between classes and includes the brand-new race, Dracthyr, and the new class, Evoker, exclusive between themselves. The class balancing applied will be the one from the patch 10.1.7. The Evoker is a new hero class arriving in this expansion that uses the power of the five Dragonflights to both devastate its foes and preserve the health of its allies while making use of Mail armor for defense. This class acts as a healer, ranged damage dealer, or unique support capable of buffing allied damage. Even though the class has 3 specializations, only 2 will be available during release. This is because the third specialization, Augmentation, was implemented during the patch 10.1.5. However, the other 2 will be available instantly during release! Devastation β€” A ranged DPS specialization that mainly focuses on the magic of the Red and Blue Dragonflights to harm foes from a distance with a variety of concentrated spells and powerful breath attacks. If you ever wanted to unleash your inner Onyxia, this specialization may be for you! Preservation β€” A healer specialization that largely utilizes the magic of the green and bronze dragonflights to heal allies with breaths, and even rewind time on wounds themselves! Also, and like we saw when the last new class was implemented (Demon Hunters), this class brings not only new mechanics, but also new features to how some abilities work. The Evoker can perform a huge variety of prismatic spells that shift into the flight whose magic is most useful, such as the red-flight-themed Pyre ability. They can also Glide like a Demon Hunter and even go one step further by soaring over the battlefield while bathing their enemies in flame. An Evoker can also create a Wing Buffet to damage and knockback enemies, or make use of their claws for damage when fighting up close with Azure Strike. On top of that, they also introduce a new mechanic called Empowered Abilities: These skills can have their keybind held down to increase their power the longer the button is pressed, until you choose to release it. If you need more details about this class, we advise you to check down this guide, which covers everything! πŸ‘ˆ Back πŸ‘ˆ - ☝️ Index ☝️ - πŸ‘‰ Next πŸ‘‰ PvP This expansion brings new things oriented to the PvP! Of course, it brings the classics, like a new PvP season, with transmog sets, custom achievements, titles and mounts, and also weekly map pool rotation for Rated and Skirmish Arenas to keep matches exciting and fresh week to week! POOL A POOL B POOL C Nagrand Arena Nagrand Arena Nagrand Arena Dalaran Sewers Ruins of Lordaeron Hook Point Tiger's Peak Tiger's Peak Tol'Viron Arena Enigma Crucible Empyrean Domain Ashamane's Fall Empyrean Domain Blade's Edge Arena The Robodrome Ashamane's Fall Maldraxxus Coliseum Mugambala Maldraxxus Coliseum Black Rook Hold Arena Enigma Crucible Nokhudon Proving Grounds Nokhudon Proving Grounds Nokhudon Proving Grounds As you probably noticed, there's a new arena on this expansion: Nokhudon Proving Grounds! This arena is based on the Ohn'ahran Plains zone, and it features the same area you would see during the Proving Grounds feature! The first PvP Season, the Crimson Gladiator one, will start 1 week after the realm's release (on December 18th, 2023). Consider the first week as some kind of inter-season period. After the season starts, players will compete on the PvP leaderboard to be able to win the following Seasonal Rewards! New Gladiator title: Crimson Gladiator (and achievement Crimson Gladiator: Dragonflight Season 1). New Gladiator mount: Crimson's Gladiator Drake (and achievement Crimson Gladiator's Drake). Unique Dragonriding appearance: Highland Drake: Embodiment of the Crimson Gladiator. Unique Gladiator weapon illusion and pennant. New Gladiator Tabard: Crimson Gladiator's Tabard. New Gladiator cloak: Crimson Gladiator's Cloak. New Vicious mounts: Vicious Sabertooth for the alliance, and Vicious Sabertooth for the horde. This season also introduces a new currency: Bloody Tokens. These can be farmed performing multiple PvP activities: killing players of the opposite faction, doing weekly PvP quests, looting War Supply Chests and also killing Assassins. These tokens can be traded for PvP gear ilvl 366 (Drakebreaker) at several vendors in Valdrakken (such as Fieldmaster Emberath, Malicia and Seltherex). These PvP gear pieces will have unique set bonuses that will help players defend themselves at PvP encounters more effectively until they can get the conquest set. These gear pieces will be upgradeable until ilvl 385 using Trophy of Strife, which is a currency type of item that can be earned doing one of the four Sparks of Life quests, delivered by various NPCs. Finally, the expansion officially introduces the Rated Solo Shuffle, which means that players can earn or lose rating score in the new Ranked mode. Rated Solo Shuffle also gives credit toward Vicious mounts, weekly Great Vault progress, and Conquest. All the information about the entire season can be seen in this guide, including item level tables, rewards, cost to upgrade items, and more! πŸ‘ˆ Back πŸ‘ˆ - ☝️ Index ☝️ - πŸ‘‰ Next πŸ‘‰ PROFESSIONS In this new expansion, the professions are going through a full remaster, affecting every aspect of them, and adding many new mechanics and features, making them easier to understand, more fun to use, and especially rewarding! There's a lot to cover, so we are going through every single mechanic and mentioning them briefly. However, if you want a full in-depth guide about the profession overhaul, we advise you to check this guide. Now, let's begin! Profession System Overhaul: The entire profession system is different! The window layout is not a huge list any more, but the profession list has the recipes grouped by expansions with toggles, being able to swap lists from one to another. There's also visual changes depending on the profession, and there's a new Crafting Details section in the Interface. On the other hand, reaching the specializations of each profession has been made easier now. Profession Secondary Stats: Players can now increase their crafting effectiveness with Stats, such as Inspiration, Resourcefulness, Multicraft, Finesse, Deftness, and more! Profession Tools and Accessories: A new type of gear that provides bonuses to the Secondary Stats! Crafting orders: A new way for Players to provide their services in an Auction House-like setting! This is one of the most powerful new features of the professions, providing every player with the chance of making or receiving bind-on-pickup armors, weapons, consumables, and more, making every profession useful for every player! Specializations and Profession Knowledge: An incredibly complex new mechanic that adds a massive Talent Tree-like system to Professions. This new system allows Players to choose how they wish to develop their own Profession: whether they want to be crafters, gatherers, or something else. However, this is not a limitation: you can eventually learn every specialization, giving enough time and patience! Note: Not all profession talents will be implemented. Quality Ranks: An easy and handy way to classify how good an item is when being crafter: being Tier 1 the lowest, and Tier 5 the highest, the higher the Tier, the more iLvl, and therefore, the stronger the items will be! Of course, this also affects consumables, and reagents! Recrafting items: Now, you will be able to craft again items that were crafted before, using better quality items and a special reagent. This way, using just a portion of the materials, you will be able to change the optional reagents or modify its quality! Knowledge Points: A currency in Dragonflight specifically for crafting and gathering professions! This is needed to create better items and gather more efficiently, depending on your individual goals, by using them in your Profession Talent Tree. Hidden Profession Masters: Special NPCs scattered in the Dragon Isles, able to provide valuable Profession Knowledge! Dragon Shards of Knowledge: Used to unlock specialized draconic knowledge about your chosen profession! They can be obtained in different quests, and can be earned from 11 quests, which are working and have been successfully developed! Hidden Profession Treasures: Another way to earn valuable Profession Knowledge! These are hidden across the Dragon Isles, and they are profession-specific: a chest will only give you Knowledge on a specific profession, so make sure to find those of your professions! πŸ‘ˆ Back πŸ‘ˆ - ☝️ Index ☝️ - πŸ‘‰ Next πŸ‘‰ RENOWN REPUTATIONS Reputations have come a long way since Vanilla, introducing new systems from Mists of Pandaria until Shadowlands with the introduction of the Renown system. On Dragonflight, we are having this again. On the Dragon Isles, four main reputations can be found populating them, each of them with their own story, activities, and of course, rewards. Progressing on each faction's renown level will unlock many things, depending on what faction it is. There's so much to cover, that we are going to briefly mention them and describe their main features and interesting aspects, while also providing guides to each of them. If you feel like a specific renown has the rewards you want, do not hesitate to go in-depth about how to properly farm it and unlock all the rewards! Let's check them! Dragonscale Expedition (full guide): This is the first renown faction that players visit when they arrive in the Isles! Very convenient, as their main objective is exploring and discovering all the secrets of the Dragon Isles. The Dragonscale Expedition makes their home base at the Dragonscale Basecamp in the Waking Shores. Unlocks chests through the Expedition Scout's Packs, Magic-Bound Chests and more. Adds World Quests via unlocking Climbing and Cataloguing World Quests. Access Ancient Waygates, a network of gateways that connect several ruins of the Dragon Isles. Access to exploration-themed ensembles and weapon transmogs. Receive dragonriding customizations, jewelcrafting / enchanting recipes and armor pieces while leveling up their renown level by completing their quests, finding treasures, climbing mountains and killing bosses in the raid. Maruuk Centaur (full guide): This is the second faction to find in The Isles. Completely formed by all the Centaur clans from Ohn'ahran Plains, they mostly follow the call of the wind and seek the thrill of the hunt. This faction is mostly focused on hunting, preying and killing powerful enemies. The Maruu Centaur have their home base in Maruukai, in the Ohn'ahran Plains. Access Grand Hunts, where you join them into hunting the local fauna. Access their clan (Aylaag Clan) to get many World Quests. Unlock many ensembles and weapon transmogs with rustic and centaur aesthetic. Unlock profession recipes, armour, dragonriding customizations and more while leveling up their renown by farming it killing powerful enemies and taking part on Grand Hunts. Iskaara Tuskarr (full guide): The third faction, based on pacific creatures looking to live in harmony and just share their knowledge and histories among others. They are mostly focused on Cooking and, specially, Fishing. The Iskaara Tuskarr have their home located at Iskaara in the Azure Span. Access Community Feasts, a World Event where you can help them create a soup, providing a World Buff and earning reputation. The better the soup, the better the global buff earned, with even a chance of spawning a specific rare mob. Access most of the Fishing mechanics and features, such as Fishing equipment to get better fish, and take part of Fishing Holes, another World Event. Unlock many ensembles and weapon transmogs with nomadic Tuskarr aesthetic. Earn toys, dragonriding customizations, various profession recipes, armors and more by leveling up their renown level. This can be achieved by taking part of Community Feasts, Fishing Holes, completing World Quests, questlines and gathering various treasures. Valdrakken Accord (full guide): The last of the four factions, and centred in their most ancient city, the Valdrakken Accord is the unified might of all dragonkind, seeking to protect not only their island home but all of Azeroth. The Valdrakken Accord makes their home base at Valdrakken in Thaldraszus. They introduce Dragonriding, a new and big feature where we are able to customize our mount, overhaul how flying with dragons work, and introduce us to Dragonriding Races. Access to the Siege on Dragonbane Keep World event, an event where you help a Drakonid faction regain access to their ancient home. I heard you are celebrating a new expansion, and I am not missing this big occasion! I also have presents for everyone, and these Holidays, I am feeling especially generous! You don't have any good character to try the new Dragonflight content? No problem! Come and see me in-game, and I will use some of my powerful Bovine magic (yes, that's a thing) to boost you directly to level 60 and grant you some gear to start with! Did you want to try the new race? Well, do as I said, and you will be able to create a Dracthyr afterwards! Oh, but you don't have any good mounts yet? Okay, oookay, have you been good? Yes? Okay! Connect while I'm in the Dragonflight realm, and by the power of my Chicken companion, I will give you a cool mount! What, my chicken? No, not that one! I will give you a better one! ...probably. He's as chunky as I am, so it has to count for something! However, don't forget that my planet needs me on December 18th, and I don't know when I'll come back, so you better come and see me before I'm gone!"
