Indeed, on retail Mythic Eonar suffered a nerf to make players easily solo the boss fight, but it's not implemented since it doesn't represent a major problem and devs are focused on the current raid tier. So your character will be flagged as "#rename" if you didn't used it. Hope this answered your question. Regarding your questions, the Illidari starting zone and the legion content is mostly not scripted on the Oribos server, that's the main reason we recommend to level up with the BFA content. This doesn't mean that you can't try the Legion content, but you must hit first max level so your experience will be more manageable. Another way could be making your own profile or going deep-dive into the internet so you can find Shadowlands Elvui profiles.
