Then how can i survive in this game I level so fast just by quests If any quest has a boss i cant even do anydamage to them because they scaled with my level and i dont have good gear because im still at low level quest

Hello i have like 5 characters but they level up so fast i can keep up I know there is an npc in important cities but where is he Can you provide image of thier location on the map Or map where to find him at least
