People have been complaining today that gear has been randomly disappearing.
It just affected me. (Might have been after a relog, but I can't be sure. I had to relog several times due to missing quest info.) I had an iLvl 445 Epic Trinket from Tortollan Seekers WQ rewards disappear from my Trinket 1 Slot.
This would upset me less, but I have already scrapped the item it replaced.
It was the following item, but it had upgraded to epic and was iLvl 445.
