As you continue exploring different locations, you will see a green exclamation mark on your map (located at the top right). You can also press "M" to bring up the world map to see the flight paths. When you're near them, make sure you speak to the Flight masters to unlock that specific flight path. I hope I've answered your question and helped you with your issue.
