I, like many others, can't chance the avatar we have on the forum and even though it's a minor thing, we would like to have it taken care of. You can check it for yourself by creating a new character, setting it to default on your profile and attempting to "save" the shot that'd be used for an icon, ergo my suggestion is to check the issue and take action. I'm hoping this is a fair miss on your part, because if you've been aware of the problem and choosing to ignore it for months now, it shows plain disrespect for the player base you have. After all, if you can update the shop with various gear sets and loot boxes, how hard can it be to repair something that's been implemented since 2015? Have a good day.

First, let me start by saying I am aware there is a different form SGMs, but since the issues are connected one report would make more sense than copy-paste the same content over 2 reports. There are few issues with staff of Sylvanas and it's getting to the point of people leaving for other servers. Support is crucial for keeping a server alive and the staff of Legion is failing. 1. There is never a Game Master online and we are forced to solve our issues alone or not report them at all. Leading the staff is EGMs job and Hreyo is not doing that. The only thing I've seen him do is to show up online, say "hi" in world_en, reply to a few questions with variations of I don't know and log out. Example here 2. Incompetent decision making. None of the SGMs or the EGM is checking arena history or even links provided as proof before making a decision. They see a screenshot and go by it, even though there are links to armory, history or whatever the issue is. That leads to the same report having to be uploaded multiple times - same text, same links, same people, just for us, the players, to make them do their job. SGM Elynthir is a prime example of this: Same report twice 3. Plain refusal to provide proof when someone is banned and they ask why. When a friend of mine appealed his suspension, he got this as apparently proof for win-trading. None of the people involved in PVP understands why this is proof for anything since a normal-looking arena and when we asked for more info, we were basically shut down with an answer that shows the GMs don't know why they are punishing people. SGM Lightdor is avoiding replying to my question for a 3-rd day in a row 4. Overall manner of the staff The in-game system for tickets is so flawed. I understand we have a report a player section for a reason, but when someone is abusing stuff right then and there, we create a ticket and some dude with a God complex reply with "Please record it and make a report in the forum", then closes the ticket. What possible more important business can they have than tracking people who are breaking the rules right that moment when they are on wow? That happened twice and the people involved never made a report, because of the behaviour of the staff members. 5. The GMs don't know sh-t. I'm sorry to put it like that, but players have to deal with their own questions and problems, because it's more than likely the GM is going to say "idk". Even stuff that could be easily checked. The situation is you've abandoned a quest mid-quest line, but you've forgotten the name of the quest. Instead of checking the progress to see what quest is done and what's not, they are like "its your problem, go do it again". 10/10 support. Why should they waste 5 minutes of their time when we can waste hours flying around back-tracking quests, right? There's more, but I'm afraid if I continue it's going to be TL;DR. At this point, FS is already losing people and it's far from the 6-8k population on a single realm it once had. And you know it. My suggestion is to start fixing the problems one by one, starting with customer support or at some point that p2w heaven you've created might become totally unpopular. Have a nice day.

  4. Hey there! There are differences in the sense some classes are more bugged than others, which makes the comps irrelevant. Example: Resto druid with feral affinity > bleeds are doing 200k non-crit each with every tick. Almost every semi-high rated druid is abusing this, but they fail with any other class, so if you're looking for a healer - that's an easy 2.1+ UH DK > range of some spells is beyond bugged. Retribution paladin > used to have talents that could be abused. There were few fixes done, not sure if that got corrected. Given that a good chunk of classes is buggy, my fav comps are: Frost mage + Resto druid (actually skilled one) Retribution + MW Arms + Holy paladin Rogue + Mage is also good, but currently, no-one is playing that Good luck!
