i just made a completely new character, talked to boris - got level 100, 50k gold, a mount & some bags

Well that's the problem I create my new character and go to Boris and nothing can not click it shows me exactly nothing.?

You can only do it with one character.  And to me it looks like you're posting from a level 100 char.
