Greetings.
The staff member I am reporting did not include his name in the ticket as the ticket response was empty so I cannot provide you the exact name. I think whoever takes care of these tickets should know how to write a response...
Nevertheless, I've been waiting now for around a month to get help in-game. I created a ticket. I got an empty response. So I created another ticket. This time the staff member just deleted it with no response. Do I have to contact administrator or server owner to get a response on this server or what is the correct procedure when we get no responses on our tickets?
I hope you can do better at teaching the staff members how to do their job in the future so that the players can get assistance and not get discouraged playing on your project.
