All my toons are gone

Hi, I had in the past 2 or 3 chars in WoD, and at least one in legion, but they vanished for good.. my acc got wiped or something?

 

Edit: I've found in my wtf folder 3 chars missing in Gul'Dan: Alizy, Thadros and Wolwett.. now they are all missing in my acc

if u can see the acc details, that means at least ur credentials still work. the chars within may have been accessed by someone else with access...

Are you using a freakz account or firestorm account? Do you remember logging into the client via a username or an email?
