Content activation on Draenor/Garrison sequence

Hi all, I purchased a level-up and the gear-up for my warlock, Dreadge. I was wanting to play the content of the old realm and to maybe farm some items.

Right now - my character has been compeltely stuck. I can not set up a Garrison, there are not a single NPC in all of Draenor, it just does not look activated. I had to travel on foot from Ashran to Frostridge Mountains, couple of times, so you can imagine how much time spent just for this. No NPCs to pick up the quests from. 

Literally empty land. Could you restart the quest sequence or do something to reactivate it? I am getting a little bit impatient here.

Are you having this issue on the WoD server? or are you having this issue on Valdrakken? If it is on our Dragonflight server, then I regret to inform you it isn't scripted on the Dragonflight server.

If you are on the WoD server this could be a result of the character boost which may require a In-game ticket to a Game Master.

Now, I have been in exact same situation on WoD realm during a BORIS boost. Here is what u need to do>

Start the WoD Q line, it will start in Blasted, u will need to go thru dark portal &  do initial Tanaan  Q chain leading up to the Docks. There are 2 issues on the way:

https://www.wowhead.com/quest=34429/kill-your-hundred It can be  made to work using routine workarounds like drop, retake, cache etc.

https://www.wowhead.com/quest=35747/taking-a-trip-to-the-top-of-the-tank The path to top isn't easy to spot but its there.

After u get to docks, u start the fisherman Q, after that u establish Garrison.

DO NOT ENTER TANAAN DURING THIS TIME OR PHASE ISSUES.

Once ur Garrison is lvl 2 & u have resources for 3, start quest. Now is the hard part. U cannot do iron docks area in 5 man, even if u get 5 people. u need 1 solid DPS to help u or DPS/Offheal, u may need to NOT be in party. once u finish that, u open Garrison Lvl 3.

U will have 1 flight point in tanaan after this, once u get like friendly with 1 of starter factions in tanaan, EVERYTHING will open up, all rares, the WB, everything..

Get someone from Guardians of Cenarius to help if u can. If u r lucky, get Desenkei or Blackhand.

I am on Gul'Dan realm. I completed all intro part. Problems started when the ship disembarked and we walked to the top. I was not able to set up the Garrison because when I clicked on the flag to "claim land" nothing happened. Then when I abandoned the quest/relogged - all disappeared, there are no NPCs to take the quest from anymore (no Thrall, no Durotar). Basically stuck at Frostridge.

most of my WoD alts were ally, try to find someone in Guardians of Cenarius or send a ping to Desenkei

I made a ticket in-game here is a screen shot, but it says error in retrieving the ticket.

My problem with this is I paid for a level up and gear up and I am unable to progress to anything in the game. Whole reason of bossting is to skip the inconvenience of levelling/gearing up on a server with less than 10 people playing. 

So you can imagine my frustration when I made a decision to purchase it, and cant make it work.

I did all the steps suggested by the GM, did not work (cache clear). I think the only way to salvage my investment here is to copy the character just like you get from a shop purchase, and redo everything again (Garrison/prepatch quests intro).

Hey guys, I am growing in frustration here, I am really concerned that I am unable to get a meaningful response from the staff. After all, I spent money on getting the character up, bought the gear. I do not like to remind about it, but it seems that nothing else works. It is very bad service, to the point of me being scammed. I would like to remind you that you as a vendor have responsibility too.

The fault has been acknolwedged - character is literally stuck and unable to do anything in Draenor. Shop staff did not issue a refund, so either make it work for me, or I would need to invoke other means to make myself heard.

Npc outside garrison area called Garrison Ford, talk to him. There is portal to him in main cities portal area, mini version of Blasted Lands portal.

Clicked on it - it delivered me to the same spot. Can you send me a screenshot where that portal would locate on Orgrimar? 

I also travelled to Thunderbluff - and the portal there transferred me to Blasted Lands. So currently there is no special portal that would get to this mentioned NPC.

I can understand the complexity here, hence I offered a simple solution - refund me the FS poitns on this character, it is just 170 points. There are other things to spend points here on.

If not - there is every reason for me to pursue this character fix until done, so lets do the dutiful.

For Org, go to area where cata portals are there.

In both places a mini portal (looking like mini dark portal) would be there. Go thru & u'll meet garrison maker NPC.
